A great company that took the stress out of having my car repaired.

I had a fantastic experience with Accident Claims Handlers Limited (T/A ACH) and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire claims process. They kept me informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and straightforward.

One thing that really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. I accidentally left my office keys in the car after it was collected, and the team actually contacted me to let me know they had found them. They then arranged to send them back to my home, which I thought was an excellent example of their customer care and integrity.

It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such a personal level of service. If you’re dealing with an accident claim and want a team you can trust to handle everything professionally and fairly, ACH are absolutely the people to go to.

Great customer service

We have used ACH for a very long time, and they are truly a valuable partner to help keep our fleet on the road. They are very easy to deal with, very helpful, nothing is ever too much hassle. I would be very willing to recommend their services to anyone that requires genuine customer service.

Quality Service & Communication

We have used ACH for quite some time for our Corporate clients who need a fast, efficient turnaround and appropriate loan vehicles to keep the company operating following a non fault accident. ACH not only deliver on their service but the quality of repairs and communication with both us and the client. I would not hesitate to recommend them for delivering first class solutions to our clients.
