Ace fixings do not reply to emails
I have not received my order after paying £7.50 for postage and told 2 to 3 days delivery. I have had no communication about dispatching the order and I sent an email on the 3rd February asking for info about delivery and another email this morning 6th February and had no reply yet ( frankly not expecting a reply) very very bad customer service.
This company should not be selling goods it can't deliver or let customers know what is happening. It would be nil stars but there isn't that option

According to our records, your order was shipped from our warehouse on the 30th of January and the courier attempted to deliver your package two times, on the 1st and 2nd of February. However, they could not reach you or leave the package in a safe place. They also left a note with information for you to arrange a redelivery or a collection.
