No response after watch breaking
My watch broke after a couple of months and I got no response from costumer service to help me.

The a single worst service ever!
I selected engraving and paid more for next day delivery. The watch arrived without engraving and there’s where the problems started!
Trying to get hold of anyone in a timely manner is impossible, speaking to a person even more difficult and when you do get a person that really don’t care!
The answer to the problem will a next day delivery is, “return it, we will engrave it and send it back within 14 days”. Is it me or what, does nobody get that i needed it slightly quicker than that?
Anyhow, all I can say is disgusting, disgraceful and appalling customer service!!!

Check before you buy.
I bought two watches, one for myself and the other for my partner. The ladies watch was advertised with a 40% discount at £89. But the same watch was available on the Accurist Amazon shop for £49.
