they just scammed me out of a phone case. The tracking number they supply says it was delivered dats ago. I have not received it and they said it was delivered. I am calling the BBB and Attorney General's office

I bought a pair of winter water proof, cost me $34, once I got it use it for only 24 days. It got the hole at the left hand thumps I sent the email with photo to them. It’s passed 15 days we only compensated you $2. I emailed them again demanding a refund 50% or replacement. But they insisted only refund $4 now. I said to them I’ll give you a bad review but they still didn’t care. So please Don’t buy from them.

Was scammed into buying a phone case from this company not knowing it was fake. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

After I ordered my iPhone cover, I read the reviews and I was worried. I really believed this business was a scam because it happened to me before with impulse buying from Facebook adds.

Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that the order arrived and the product is quit cool and good! It arrived much faster than I expected. I ordered on the 6th of June and I received it on the 21st. The tracking was showing it was coming from the US. I had doubts the tracking was accurate too but it did arrive!

I can't guarantee your order will arrive on time or other products from this company will be worth buying but the phone cover is pretty good. I am happy with it.

I ordered Christmas gift bags on December 3 2023 and paid for them and never received them I have sent numerous emails to this company and am not gettting the products that I ordered and they refuse to send them to me I would never order from this company ever !

Accurateg is a scammer they post on facebook and instagram the page is fake orders you get shipping and tracking information and never receive the order and they have a fake support email that give you the run around

I got screwed! Fake shipping updates. Says it’s in customs in Ireland and no new tracking updates! Grrrrrr!🤬 costs me $23.14… hard lesson learned!

I place this order only because they had PayPal but I see that I can't trust that s*** no more. But anyway, I place this order through this company called accurateg. They were selling some lashes that are glueless. Anyway, as soon as I place the order my bank sent me a scam message immediately, so this lets me know that this place is fraudulent. I still went through with the order, but I was charged more than the purchase indicated. They kept me updated with emails and tracking numbers. When you track the order is that a United States tracking system they have their own tracking system. So that they can say they sent you tracking information, so that they won't have to pay you back. This is how these companies get you, and your bank when they are fraudulent, and your bank won't believe you. because you made the purchase without looking up the company. Always Google a company and I didn't this time because it was on Facebook. Which everything on Facebook you better Google because they allow fraudulent mfs to sell s**** on their platform all the time.

I have recently been scammed by this site when purchasing a toy for my dog. Of course they immediately took my money but it's now 3 months later no toy and after numerous emails back and forth telling me it's enroute so they can't cancel the order and it's my problem. Do not ever order from them. It's outrageous.

As soon as I placed the order I was charged in US$ so I tried to cancel it - I have had NO response to the many many emails I have sent except auto generated replies. Today the goods turned up - rubbish! The items were posted in Australia so why was I charged in US$. They are a business devoid of integrity. Stay well away from them.

This company Accurateg is one huge Scam site who keeps your money, they can't keep delivery status updated because they give a bogus Tracking number that can't be found with any delivery courier service in the USA. Save yourself the hassle and headache. This is one big scam!

Bought a pair of the 'Ultimate Waterproof Thermal Gloves from this company. Customer service is refusing to except return as product is not as described. Awful company poor quality products and WAY over priced for what you get. Here are my issues with this product .
1) This item IS NOT Waterproof (Ultimate is definitely a misnomer). Dipped my hand into a puddle to pick up my dog's ball and water came through. Flipping them inside out I could see moisture. 2) They ARE NOT Thermal. I was outside today and it was -1 celcius. My hand was warmer without the glove on. Very interesting that these gloves are the opposite of thermal in that they pull in cold air and retain it so your hands become cold. A thermal glove is supposed to retain and use body heat to keep warm. These gloves do not do it. 3) My hand is normally a medium size but I bought a large size to ensure they would be big enough. They were small on me and fit my wife's small hands. 4) They are too short and barely reach the wrist and have a wide opening at the end, so any water or snow easily flows into the opening.

For me, I became suspicious when I couldn’t find anywhere if the purchase was in US or AUD dollars - Checked reviews before finalising payment and there it was IN BIG LETTERS : Whatever you do - Do not send money to this outfit ! They’re crooks / Glad I checked before hand, the deal looked too good to be true

Horrible company! Do not give them any money! Ordered the portable iron (the steam engine) and it does not work properly. Tried getting a refund and was offered $3.00!

I ordered the eyeliner and I haven’t heard from the company. I ordered it on 12/5/23, $16.48 and I haven’t had a way to contact the company or hear back from the company no phone number for the company I don’t think this is a very legit company. 🫣😬

I ordered 2 decorator items, believing this was an Australian company. I have not received the goods but have already been charged, a month ago in USA $$.
As far as I can see, there is no way to email the company with my complaint other than a phone call to London which I do not wish to do, giving this scamming company more private information.
Has anyone else been able to contact this company via email? The contact part of their website is pathetic.

Bought a “Fabric the Steam Engine” portable iron - grossly over priced (was in US$ when I thought it was AU$) then arrived with the wrong plug - so I can’t even plug it in! According to them it’s not their fault, I should just buy an adapter to convert it to an Australian plug! They keep insisting it’s not their fault/problem.
BTW after much complaining they offered a $3US refund!!!

Ordered Christmas ornaments on 11/4/2023. Initial tracking information supplied by the merchant showed my items coming from Real, Spain. Then it showed that my item was held up in New Orleans, LA for several weeks. This gave me a bad feeling, so I contacted the seller on 12/20/2023 via email to cancel my order and return my funds. They refused to do so. I again asked them two more times (over the next couple weeks) and was denied because my order was "on its way." After the email on 12/20/2023, I checked the tracking information which magically showed that it had shipped from China on 12/19/2023. All the previous information about transiting from Spain to New Orleans had been erased. Then, on 1/9/2023, the tracking from "China Post" showed that my package had been delivered to my address in Arizona. HOWEVER, IT NEVER CAME!! I literally paid for something that never arrived, and the seller is flat-out lying about it. I tried disputing this transaction through PayPal, but it unfortunately wasn't ruled in my favor because of the fake "tracking information" provided by the seller. Now, I am disputing the charge with my own bank merely out of principle.

BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER - AVOID PURCHASING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS!!
