Horrible customer service.
I ordered an item in May and it was never delivered and they said it was delivered with no proof. They also charged me more than the invoice in USD.
The company is a total fraud.

I can’t express my absolute disappointment at the rolling ball for my pet. Tiny little ball that sort of wiggles when rolled, but not. I have stopped all advertising on my Facebook and reported to Facebook.

Purchased an iPhone cover from them. Never received a product. They scammed my money. I believe they are based out of China somewhere. Gave me the run around about where my product was. Somewhere in China. Stay away from them…I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If you were scammed by Accurateg you should do the same.

Thieving Bastaraads. Advertised price is not what they charged my credit card. products were crap.

Definitely a “No”, zero star if I could. Bought plant hair dye shampoo, note: per store is discounted to $24.99, pricey yes, but after you pay, you will be charged even more! Improper business practice, please do not fall for it. Still trying to resolve it with them, but now store is unresponsive! (Complaint to BBB, if not Atty General next or credit card account) If you want same product, you can get it at Amazon for $8.99!

I just ordered hair dye . Saw the ad on facebook. I went to their website and placed my order there . I noticed the price is US dollars so I changed it to AUD . When I completed my order it comes out still in US dollars very dodgy.
I will give my update to this review if I receive my order

Absolute joke!
I ordered four men’s 3XL linen shirts (A$150) and when they arrived they were too small to even get over my head!
I would say that they would probably be a Small or possibly a Medium but certainly NOT 3XL as defined by US or Australian “standards”.

Told me that they shipped the products “as described” and insultingly offered to give me a credit for US $9 and suggested I “sell them to my friends”!

I will NEVER consider buying anything from this Company ever again and suggest that you do not waste your money doing so either!

If I could rate zero I would. I reached out to customer service explaining that I received no adhesive for the lashes and the lashes are bad quality, they disagreed and wanted to compensate me $2. What would I do with that? Not to mention when I first submitted my order after the total was calculated, they charged my card for an additional $4. Had I not caught it, they would have kept it. They did refund it. I rated 1 because I can't say how the product actually works without the adhesive included.

Do not purchase from this company. Products are not as advertised. A man's large linen shirt is more like a women's medium or child's shirt. Do not be fooled by the nice web page.

Item not delivered despite tracking information supplied. That detail also not genuine.

I purchased a phone case through ad in FB. They send the tracking history that shows my purachse was delivered on 6/29, but I never received product. I filed a claim through PAYPAL, but claim denied because of the fake tracking info sent by the fake company. I am fighting this denial. This SCAM fake company needs to be stopped!!
