Credit karma has helped me and my husband, as well as our daughter over the years, improve our credit scores. It is a easy platform to maneuver, I login and I’m able to check my credit scores whenever I want, instead of only once a year with the three other bureaus. I have used their suggestions for credit cards in the past while I was building my credit back up. I have never used any of their banking, insurance, loan options, so I cannot attest to anything there. However, that seems to be the main complaints. I am reading about Credit Karma.I love this app keeps me aware of my credit, and I never get any marketing or calls from them.

Applied for personal loan with Sofi at their suggestion of outstanding approval odds. Sofi is unable to process application with no explanation why. CK cannot provide any assistance either. What a total waste of time and effort.

Someone hacked my Credit Karma account, changed the email associated with the account and the password about a week ago and I have been emailing (no email addresses work there anymore and bounce back as undeliverable), I tried chat and submitted a complaint on their website (took three tries before the site would allow me to do that) to address the problem and they simply refuse to lock the account. I found out there had been a change in the email address associated with my account by receiving an email from Credit Karma at MY email address alerting me there had been a change and the email said to use the email address in the body of their email if the change was not made by me. I did and the email was returned undeliverable. Now I just received an email in response to the complaint I was finally able to submit to their site and the person is leaving the account ACTIVE and asking me if the new email address associated with the account is my email address. I can't use the words I am thinking right now on this website to describe the experience but I'm sure you can fill in the blanks with a lot of f words and so forth. Credit Karma is useless trash to begin with, and now they've exposed all of my financial information to someone who has hijacked my account and they won't suspend or close the account. Of course, if and when they finally get around to doing it it'll be too late since the hack occurred over a week ago now.

Is credit Karma for real-can you trust them and do they listen

I have looked at my credit score with the company and noticed it has dropped a little. It doesn't worry me as it does not affect my lifestyle.

They always offer me more credit cards even though they do not understand the cards I already use.

When I try to raise a dispute with Credit Union the questions they ask to verify my existence are so complex I fail every time!

Questions such as in 2007 what was your overdraft with a certain bank or card. Needless to say my guess was wrong.

I now take it that Credit Karma serve no useful purpose apart from selling me more credit cards and you can never raise a dispute with them

I will not be looking at their website again

They are trying to Welch on a $50 credit karma guarantee from a credit card I won't get I was guaranteed to get after running my credit.

Don't use the credit karma guarantee and lose credit points.

This company will get sued if I'm not paid
