I have never seen such an unethical , irresponsible and unprofessional person ..I have mailed him four time regarding my issue,but no response from his side...finally I send him a text that I received my tax credit and asked for bank details to transfer his fee(even though this was not the fact) ,then he replied immediately..I really wonder all these here are paid reviews as I hear from many of my colleague that he never replies.i would have given negative rating if there was an option.

I've been working with Nicolo for a while now, and he's been nothing short of fantastic. He's got a great handle on English, so communication is a breeze. Plus, he's super quick to respond to any questions I have, and he always makes sure I understand everything.

Nicolo's a great accountant. He's quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about making taxes easier for his clients. If you're in need of an accountant, I'd definitely recommend him.

Nicolo is a very hands on Accountant that helps foreigners in Italy with tax returns and all kinds of topics regarding fiscal matters. He is speaks very good English and is able to explain a lot of things that are very unclear regarding taxes. I am very happy I was referred to him by a friend and will make him my personal commercialista!

It was a good experience, I easily communicated with Mr. Bolla in English language. He helped me with the modello 730 request and he applied for the tax return benefit for me.
Despite the long time taken and the so many documents required and the refusal at the beginning from the Agenzia dell'Entrate side (Milano office), at the end I received the money that Mr. Nicolo calculated in the model.

I waited before leaving this review.
Had some pretty basic questions regarding the Italian taxes and social security, wanted to be compliant. Asked Nicolò if he could help, he confirmed he was and we exchanged a number of emails, where I explained what I would want to have as a result. However for some unclear reasons, which were never explained to me, he then started to ghost my emails, dropping the consultation date we have scheduled and totally ignoring me. That was neither professional, nor reasonable.
UPDATE: Weird reply below by Nicolò. He doesn't deny to have ghosted me, while instead he vaguely refers to some specific correspondence. Come on, you did not even tell me to book through Calendly despite 4 emails inquiring how to proceed with the consultation. What a shame.
