In realtà fino a qualche mese fa rispondeva quasi sempre (quasi perché qualche volta anche con un ritardo di giorni, dove la scusa era che le mail andavano nella cartella ‘junk’), ma da un mese è proprio sparito. Ho mandato 9 mail in fila ma non ho mai avuto una risposta. Nessuno risponde al numero del suo ufficio a Parma.

Non è affatto professionale non aiutare un cliente chi deve rispondere all’agenzia dell’Entrate entro 30 giorni.

Speriamo che vedendo questa recensione riceverò almeno una comunicazione nella forma di risposta.

As a foreigner in Italy it is easy to get lost with a system that you are not used in your own country. Especially language barriers. Nicolo speaks fluently English and helped me a lot through the process.

I am sad to read all the recent reviews praising him for the good and fast communication, when in my case he completely disappeared (doesn’t reply to emails, phone calls) and I have an unsolved issue with my declaration from 3 years ago that was supposed to be finally filed. I had to connect myself with the CAF office he uses (was lucky to find their contact) so that I can understand if at least my current year declaration would be filed and avoid further delays and gaps in my budget. I do not know what the issue is, maybe too many customers that he can’t handle and deprioritizes some of them although I was using his services since 2019.

It's nice to have a person like Nicolo Bolla for his support, he supported me to apply tax returns. He made the things understandable by his mail conservation and really helpful.

Dopo un ottimo inizio e una prima consulenza andata bene, Nicolò Bolla è completamente sparito. Per mesi non ha risposto a email, chiamata o messaggi whatsapp ed è tuttora "latitante". Persona probabilmente competente, ma completamente inaffidabile (vedo dalle recensioni Google che non sono l'unico che ha avuto lo stesso problema). Sconsigliatissimo!

I completely recommend Nicolo Bolla as an Italian-US tax accountant. I thought our Iyslian taxes were due the end of Septemeber, but actually due the end of June. When I contact Nicol, he immediately let me know I had the wrong date, but he offered us his help. He responded regularly to our emails, and was very knowledgeable about our situation.
