Brilliant technical support and customer service
We're an Access customer and went to them with a problem with our internal processes looking to see whether they could adapt our product. Customer Service was fantastic from Sophie and Ioana took care of the technical side. They were able to hugely streamline our processes, saving myself and colleagues lots of time. They were very thorough, proactive and so approachable and friendly - despite me moving the goalposts slightly halfway through.
Staff are very friendly
Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble , Zoltan Dukai provided the solution very quickly and followed up with the further checks to ensure our issues resolved completely. I cant fault. We offer Early pay option to our staff and it is a very popular option to enable cash when most needed.

Questionable practices
This company took money from my account without my permission and although they have told me they have cancelled the account yet in spite of several telephone calls and statements they have refunded the amount I have received nothing. They are reluctant to confirm our conversations by email or postal letter. So, my conclusion is they are very adept at poor customer service and broken promises

Consistently Excellent Customer Service.
We have worked with Access Pay Suite since late 2023. Jo Brennan was assigned to us, and she helped us navigate the launch project very smoothly. She is calm & very competent. In 2025, as we had another similar but more complex project to manage, we requested Jo was assigned to us. Once again Jo has provided clear guidance on what was required and were provided excellent support with respect to questions and requests which came out of testing. It's been busy but smooth. During the project, Jo was to be on holiday and proactively asked us to use the shared mailbox. When we had questions, they were competently and quickly answered by other team members. Shout out also to Laura Kew and Gemma Langley for their efficient support. It's impressive that Access Pay Suite have consistently excellent customer service. It gives you a real sense of confidence. Thank you !

Bianca Moodliar is a Star. She has a great knowledge of the portal and was able to resolve many issues or at least send them to the correct department to resolve.

Sadly, impossible to speak with anyone. I have a case 67109664 which is a simple login request. The reply believes their system over actual reality (cannot login). After waiting patiently in their call queue for over 30 minutes, they disconnected my call. That say it all, really, doesn't it?
