Ordered picture frames 4th June, order accepted then email arrives just after explaining frames on back order. After phone calls and emails finally received update! Then silence again until after 30plus days no goods, so cancelled order and refund email received. 15 working days post, no refund all emails are ghosted! Still nothing as of today relayed this to bank and started chargeback dispute, all in all not a good experience and still ongoing!

Here's an update.
The tables arrived today. Yes, it took a month - and I was worried by the other negative reviews.
BUT..... the two tables arrived today. Just what we wanted, and at 65% of the price of the same item on JL or the price as sold by the retailer.
I'm delighted with my two nkuku tables, and wanted to post an update.
Factor in the delivery time - and better price, and I'd buy again from AftH.

Product review (which finally arrived)! Hang in there.....
OK, so this is a PRODUCT review as I have already reviewed my experiences with the delays in delivery, as a lot of people have done and it wasn't great.
However, I'm delighted to say that the product (two Ranchi sideboards) have finally arrived and they are really nice and at a very good price.
So it is undeniable that this business has gone through some tough times recently but it is NOT a Scam sight.
Sam has been very honest in our last interactions (there were some missed delivery promises previously) and has done the right thing in delivering the goods (I'm sure she could have wound up the company and customers would have lost everything).
So hopefully going forward they can sort out their delivery, supply chain and financial issues (which I believe are largely resolved) and concentrate on delivering lovely original pieces of furniture at great prices.

Pay a little more. It will be worth it.
Long delay in communication or ghosted by them. We had to go through our bank after over a month of no contact from them and no refund for canceled item.
Pay a little more and use a company with a good reputation for standards and with integrity.

Item arrived, well meaning company

I’m updating my review following my previous one about delays receiving my item. Sam promptly contacted me afterwards and kept to her promise to keep me updated. There were still delays, with the item taking around 10 weeks to arrive (the listing states it could take 4–6 weeks), but it did eventually arrive.
Following this, Sam was responsive and kept me updated throughout. Having spoken with her, it seems the business may need more staff, which I believe is being addressed.
If you’re patient and sure of the item, I would recommend the company. Sam is well-meaning and clearly does her best to help.

Been waiting 2 months for my items now (which should have been 2-4 weeks) and nothing in sight. Zero communication or oder updates. Emails are being ignored. Phone line goes straight to voicemail.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE unless you don’t mind waisting your time. We ordered a chair on 29th May. After calling them multiple times and chasing by email, we’ve given up on this. After reading other people’s comments, I think we made a right call. I don’t think you ever get what you ordered. On 5th Aug, called them and requested refund. I hope we get our money back!
Also, she is so rude. She keeps lying to you by giving you hope that the goods will be delivered soon but they never arrive. She didn’t even apologize when we cancel the order and asked for refund. SCAM!

After reading a few reviews I realized that I am in the same boat as a lot of customers who ordered through this company. I ordered a desk on 27/6/26 and have been waiting since then. Called the company twice and every time a nice lady confirmed that the delivery would definitely happen next week…
Very frustrating ( I gave 2 stars cause it will be delivered next week, I hope).
Update: after 2 months and 2 weeks of waiting and going nowhere, I decided to get a refund and get my desk from somewhere else. I am a teacher and how can I work without a desk! I feel so let down by this company; the words cannot describe how frustrated I am.Goodbye AFTH! Never again.

Terrible Customer service
Terrible Customer service - I ordered on the 12th May and am still yet to receive my order. I was lied to initially and told it would come within a week when I first chased - this was about 2 months ago now and I have had no communication since. I have called multiple times, left voicemails and emailed at least 8 times, and no one has responded. It is unnacceptable that I have no communication, for an order that is 3 months delayed. Just following up from my previous review to tell everyone to steer clear of this company. I cancelled the order nearly 3 weeks ago after waiting over 2 months for the product. I still haven’t received a refund, despite chasing multiple times now. I’ve had ZERO response to my follow-up emails. I will be taking this up with small claims court.

No response, no delivery timelines, no customer support
My feedback seems to match every other review for this company. I ordered 4 dining chairs at the end of March and received these 3 months later. There were no updates on delivery from their side, I was chasing each week, and my phone calls were being unanswered and emails not being responded to. Every time I did manage to get through to someone, I was told 'it will be here next week', which continued time after time.
When they did arrive, one item was broken, which is no fault of theirs however it has now been 5 weeks and I am going through the exact same with the replacement item.
I would encourage anyone thinking about making a purchase, to read all of these reviews first.

Unfortunately I didn't check previous reviews for this company. Had I done so, I would not have used them. Communications are none existent with no replies to phone calls or emails. I obtained a refund through Paypal (Accessories for the Home didn't even respond to Paypal!!) My advice would be to avoid this retailer at all cost!

Wish I could score zero
Wish I could score zero! Terrible company who took our money and seven weeks later won't respond to messages or reply to calls.
We've been told a number of times the item will be 'here next week' but it never is and now we've requested a refund. Again false promises made time and time again, before going to ground.
Don't buy from this company and if you're foolish enough to be tempted in as we were, don't believe a word you're told - The bad feedback is entirely justified and we would advise early commencement of legal proceedings to stop them taking even more people's money and causing so much stress!
