The process of applying for and securing the package was very slow with us having to chase documents that needed signing many times as they did not appear on our portal. The staff member we emailed was responsive but just kept insisting that they were there, even though they weren't. Eventually they had to find an alternative way for us to access them. Communication between Access and Care Fertility does not seem to be great.

The level of service offered has deteriorated since Care started to outsource their financing to Access rather than dealing with it in house. A step backwards.

I visited three days now at the clinic to be honest I love the atmosphere and I have worked with seven people so far they are so great in terms of delivering the services and answering questions

Great communication and definitely saved us a few quid rather than paying the fertility centre directly.

The processes are very seamless. I understood all the steps from the beginning to the end. Finance options was the icing on the cake, because it gives people with insufficient fund the opportunity to access services. I will surely reccomend Access Fertility to my friends.

Exelent and affordable packages for treatments for IVF. Very good support and approachable staff who can gide you during the process, always ready to answer to all your questions.
The conditions of the contract are so reassuring,that you like a client feel safe and confident how they reduce the pressure and the stress which is the most important thing during the process.
How you can understand, they dont want just your money,they are trying to help how you can become family.

After they reviewed our medical information sent by the IVF clinic we were approved for 3 cycle 70% refund. I signed the contract (as did access fertility) and went to send the money across. Before I clicked send (thank god) They contacted me and told me that actually I wasn't eligible for 70% refund and they wanted to offer 50% instead. I advised that we had contracts signed with the original agreement. I was told that didn't matter as they had deleted them now (I still hold a signed copy of this contract).

I was advised they would send more info to my email.... this was never received.

They promised a callback from the manager that morning.... I was never called.

I realised that if they could just "delete contracts" at their own will, they were not to be trusted so I made the decision to pay IVF clinic directly.

I contacted them again to let them know I wouldn't be using them and to close my account. I was told they would send me a form by email to sign to withdraw from the program.... do you want to guess if I received this? No I did not.

What a horrible experience at an already stressful time. To be promised contact and information that just hasn't been provided is frustrating and stressful.

Update: I have now been contacted by a manager. They apologised which was appreciated and offered the original programme that was agreed. I have turned this down and will continue directly with the IVF clinic due to my experience. The manager was very empathetic and sounded genuinely bad about what had happened. (I have added this update to ensure people can see the full outcome and make an informed decision)

The website doesn’t really tell you how to apply for whichever finance options you want. A lot of chasing up is needed to even apply and get the forms filled in for this .
Not the easiest of applications .
But are helpful on the phone .
