From initial enquiry to the installation of the shutters Absolute Shutters were Absolutely Amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. The shutters arrived within the timeframe advised and fitted on the date advised. I was given loads of options for this. Ian the fitter did a brilliant job of fitting the shutters and cleaning up afterwards too. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this 5* Company 🤩

Great service. The fitters were amazing and the plantation shutters they fitted look amazing. They just finish my living room off perfectly. The only thing I would say is that as I paid half of the money up front 3 months before, I expected to pay the balance when they came to fit them. However I was asked to pay the outstanding balance to confirm a date for them to fit them. I was worried about being scammed but true to their word they came and fitted them and I am so pleased with them and their workmanship. I have had so many comments from the neighbours and people passing as to the difference they make to the look of my house. I do love them. Thank you so much.

Team are Brilliant, all the way through from Measuring up, laying out cost’s didn’t feel like i was being sold something that wouldn’t benefit as so many had done previously, arguably why i went with them, Took around 3/4months for them to be custom made, and was contacted around installation and delivery. Easy, Minimal Effort and the team know what they’re talking about.

We got quotes from 3 other companies and Absolute Plantation Shutters were much better made and offered several solid wood options for less than others were charging for painted high density MDF.
We eventually opted for the solid oak which were dearer but to us worth it.
We are very pleased with them. Service was great

when ordering our shutters we choose the basswood and was told it was a longer wait on installation as the wood was from china however we were not informed that they would also be manufactured in china and then shipped to the uk. However much to our relief they really are lovely but clarity would have be appreciated at point of sale

From the first phone call, to the measuring, to the eventual fitting, everything and everyone were so professional and it really gave us confidence in the job. The end result is brilliant, exactly what we hoped for and more. Maybe not the cheapest option and there was a three month wait but we liked the fact that the shutters were manufactured locally and in the end it was well worth it. Our one criticism would be that we didn’t get as many updates on progress as promised but we did receive a response straight away when we emailed. Overall more than happy and I would recommend Absolute Plantation Shutters

I went with Absolute Plantation Shutters on recommendation from a neighbour. My own experience from start to finish was excellent. The person who came to measure my windows ensured I understood all the options and costs available. It was a bit of a wait for them to be made, but it was well worth it. The installation was excellent, no mess, and perfect finish. I love my Shutters, they look fantastic and make the room feel so cosy and elegant at the same time.
