My sister and I visited Southampton branch today and were served by Dean a most helpful and courteous gentleman. We wanted to update my sister's walker and following his advice and assistance got a new Gepard carbon fibre rollator after helping me to see I could manage to put it in the car boot which I could service rated 100percent.

The telephone order was dealt with in a professional manner and they were very helpful, the young man,James, who brought it to me was also very helpful and I am very happy with my purchase.

The Assistant Manager, Peter, was very helpful. He was able to establish & supply the correct part I that needed from a photograph. Really good service.

Ableworld Southampton are excellent. They helped my elderly parents to remain safe, mobile & comfortable. Equipment provided always good quality. Gave them confidence to remain independent & live in their own home. You can trust Jeff & the team to always give good helpful honest respectful advice. Nothings too much trouble. We visited our local Ableworld to enquire about a mobility scooter for my husband.
All staff were very welcoming especially Aimee who was very attentive to our needs.
We had no experience about scooters and she really helped put our mind at ease.she demonstrated a few scooter and electric chairs and my husband could try them all.
I was able to practice putting the scooter in the boot of our car and felt confident after a few tries to be able to do it without Aimees guidance.
We reserved a scooter with no obligation to buy but we're so impressed with the help and advice we received We went back and bought the scooter 2 days later and were able to take it away the same day.
Aimed helped us with the insurance too and made sure everything was clear and we were happy before we left.
We even received a free scooter bag!
We thoroughly recommend visiting Aimee especialy and the team.

Brilliant service from Jeff who came to our rescue. We had arrived in Southampton to go on a cruise when my husband mobility chair broke when getting it out of the car.
A quick phone call to Ableworld and we took our chair there where Jeff fixed it for us and got us back on our way.

Visited woolston branch as had problem unfolding electric aero lite chair even thou they don’t sell this model a gentleman named Peter went beyond to sort problem out for us ,to say we were happy is a understatement and will definitely be using this shop for further products .

This review is for all the staff at the Woolston, Southampton branch of Ableworld. I visited over two days to purchase a tilt and rise chair and a mobility walker for my wife. I was greeted by various members of staff who were able to answer all my questions and help me select the one's that would be best for my wife. Utimately I was served by Aimee who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, my wife is delighted with them, especially the chair, a Dorchester Grande Waterfall, which seems to do everything except vacuum the house. The two engineers who assembled and installed the chair are also worthy of praise. Friendly, polite and very fast. A big well done to all concerned. A highly recommended company and staff.

Southampton Branch amazing. Needed a scooter for the Wife and would highly recommend this company. Went to EDEN first but this company wins hands down. If you have any mobility issues use this company. 10/10

Fantastic service from Ableworld, Southampton today. Firstly Peter was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable on the phone. He then managed to get a service engineer out within 2 hours.....on a busy Friday. Finally after over 2 months of struggling without our stairlift, and with different people not being able to mend it, the engineer fixed it within 20 minutes......and at a call out charge of less than 50% of other companies!!!! Highly recommended service from a local company.

Today I had to visit able world in Woolston as my mobility scooter had fault with it .when I entered the shop a assistance came straight over and asked about the problem after he had a look at it he said he would get a engineer to look at it after 15 minutes he came back to tell me he had fixed the fault the staff in that shop are so helpful kind and curtious thanks to all especially Jeff the engineer

We visited Southampton from Wales and we hired a scooter rather than take mine. The petrol saved from the extra weight was more than the hire cost
Customer service was excellent. Dean even gave me an idea for maybe a new business venture. The lady that served us was really good and patient. 100% recommend Ableworld Southampton

James was fast, efficient and very polite.

I required a home visit and Mark from the Woolston Store, Southampton arrived promptly and brought some wheelchairs for me to try. I would like to thank him for his excellent customer skills as he had just the chair that suited me. I do not hear well and he was kind and patient answering my queries. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would recommend this Company to anyone with mobility problems.

I was advised on the phone to take my grandson's wheelchair into Able world Woolston, with hope for repair to the arm rest.
I was offered a seat by the lady at the till, who took my wheelchair. Shortly after a young lady made me a much welcome cup of coffee with a smile. It wasn't long after Mark brought back my grandson's wheelchair with both arms replaced. No waiting to order and on top of that, no charge! My grandson had been in so much discomfort and in an instant repaired. Such friendly, super efficient staff and it was towards the end of day. So very grateful for such kindness and for Mark carrying out the replacement and putting it in the car for me. Excellent, so happy. Thank-you 😊

Superb product, superb service by Steve Bloodworth and Jay Arnold. My new stairlift allows me to access both upstairs and down at will.

My experience at the Ableworld store in Woolston, Southampton could not have been better. The service and help provided by Jackie was second to none - even to telling me what bus to catch home! 100% recommendation.

An amazing service - phoned Wednesday re a broken recliner chair was advised to take photos and email them so they could check it was one they could support. They called back same day and arranged to come Friday. Mark and James arrived as arranged and despite having to return to the store to collect the correct part, they came straight back and fixed the chair. Great company, service and lovely staff.
