Everything went well except the QR code scanning which wasn’t recognising the test kit. The alternative worked just fine.

Very fast and very helpful!!
While booking, I made a mistake. I contacted the helpdesk by phone and after that by e-mail and they were extremely helpful! They replied my e-mails very fast and everything worked out perfect. I was sceptic at first (booked it from the Netherlands) but next time I wil most certainly contact Abicare Health again. And to Christhoper; you really are the best. Thank you so much for all of your help!!!

efficient COVID testing
I got an antigen Day 2 test from Abicare Health delivered by post. Fast delivery and fast results. The only thing is that the test I received did not have the correct code - however, this didn't end up being much of a problem, just a mild inconvenience.

The following error occurred when I scanned the test’s QR code:
“The QR code doesn’t belong to the kit we provided.”
Obviously, it did belong to that kit.

The Day 2 lateral flow antigen test was waiting for us when arrived at our destination. The instructions of how to use it were clear. The app didn't recognise the QR code on the cartridge, but did take a picture of the result which was uploaded. The confirmation was sent within 30 minutes. Great service, good value for money. Would use again.
