My little portable had a fall
No breakage other than a disconnect with the battery
Tried to get this sorted by sending pics ,to be told could not be replaced
It's now going into land fill
V disappointed ,I figured your brand was more than just looks

Nice products . Useless delivery service and AH didn’t reply to my emails asking for help concerning delivery.
UPDATE: Reply to AA’a response I was NOT contacted and the items were NOT delivered I had to collect them from the DHL depot. Additionally I didn’t provide an order number on here so you couldn’t possibly know what order I was referring to. Dishonesty does not serve you well. X

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cordula at Abigail Ahern. After ordering a sofa and lamp, the delivery company ran late picking up my goods due to heavy traffic, and Cordula went absolutely above and beyond, staying late on a Friday evening to make sure everything was sorted and the collection went ahead. That kind of dedication and care is so rare these days, and it truly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless one. Thank you, Cordula, your customer service is genuinely incredible, and it's the reason I'll happily shop with Abigail Ahern again.

Sameera in the customer service team has been incredible!
The customer service at Abigail Ahern has been absolutely fantastic and a special mention to Sameera. I had a parcel that Royal Mail didnt deliver and then lost it (despite it being tracked), and finally 3 months later it arrived back at my house, so I had to resend it.. Sameera has been incredibly supportive and has honoured the refund and has been so supportive throughout! Massive credit to you and your company. That is what customer service is about. Thank you Sameera for everything!

Reverie Canvas
I bought the Reverie canvas and absolutely love it. The colours are just like the online pictures and I was not disappointed.
I have gone rouge and hung it landscape/horizontal as it fitted my space better and it really looks great this way.
The canvas arrived quickly and was well wrapped.
