Very helpful staff sent samples for Mum to try. Pads had been delivered through the District Nurses, but they were not quite right and there were a lot of leaks. The replacements suit Mum and are working much better.

An excellent internet based company. They contacted me to explain there would be some issues with an order I had made and asked me if I wished to continue. We decided it would be in my best interests not to continue with the order, It was cancelled immediately and a refund was issued soon after that. Thank you, I wish all internet companies were as honest and efficient as you are.

I have seborrheic dermatitis. Tried everything even going to a specialist (try washing in head & shoulders). I now realise I need products with zinc oxide. This cream has 20%. It does the job. I was suffering with both temples, then my forehead. All three have cleared up after a short while. You tell if it works for you almost straight away. When I tried sudacream I could feel that it was not going to work. This cream works for me and would suggest those that suffer with SD give it a go.

Good products... Boxes of pads sometimes damaged on delivery as poorly packed in plastic bags.. Lately been better in cardboard boxes.

My daughter has products through the NHS. Abena products are great, delivery is prompt and the process hassle free.

I have not had to call and speak to a customer service advisor who was as short and irritable as the one I spoke to today. Fiona- She kept repeating the same info over and over to me and made me feel like she didn't think i speak or understand English and all I wanted was for her to Just listen empathize and respond a little more compassionately. To Fiona- u may be having a bad day i empathise however kindly don't send ur negative energies on.
Apart from this...the products are a God send honestly.
