Not able to provide a continuity in treatment. Concerning

I am concerned about the lack of continuity in my treatment. Despite reordering my medication a week ago, I have not received any response and my consultation is still pending. This delay means I will miss my next scheduled dose.

Great experience

Great experience - I was a bit wary of using a supplier I considered to be less well-known, especially at such a bargain price, but the approval process was swift, efficient and easy. My parcel arrived extremely well packaged and still cold. I would highly recommend Slimming Direct.

Brilliant company, glad I changed to this provider

Brilliant company and very easy to contact and talk to. I have been with my last provider for over a year and not had so much professionalism and courtesy. So glad I took the plunge and changed over.

Fast and efficient

New customer, checks were completed promptly and reached out to customer service as my photo wouldn't load, they sorted it straight away. Video call arranged the next day and meds received 2 days later. Brilliant. Recommended to my friend too.

Amazing

Amazing, ordered Tuesday received Friday and had a zoom call Inbetween can’t recommend these guys highly enough and the fact they have held there prices till stocks last when all others have raised them at least twice since the price increase in August just sums up when a good company they are

The perfect change

Originally I ordered through Medexpress but due to the price increase i felt it was time to change, I was reluctant at first as I had only ever used them for my medication but the staff were great friendly and helpful. My order arrived within days everything went smoothly I had to have a telephone appointment first to show my id which was a nice touch as I hadn’t had to do that before and the staff answered all queries which haste. If you’re looking for a new supplier you won’t regret it!
