The operative who I dealt with at the company. His name was Ivan, went way and beyond to find me the right insurance. We went back and fourth a few times to add on and confirm further cover. He called back in a timely manner and at the times agreed. I also dealt with the Manager Dan who was also very professional. My rental property is in safe hands with this company.
