We had great service from Abcord, in particular from Salim who I dealt with when arranging cover for an empty property. Everything was explained clearly and amendments to policy dealt with, with no issues. The cancellation of the policy when the property was sold was simple and quick and we received our pro rata refund within 3 working days. Would definitely recommend.

Having spoken initially to Shahid Hussain, he was polite, professional and courteous. He was in no way pushy, he just gave me the facts and figures without any hard sell. I was keen to speak with him again when I decided to set up the policy. If their claims handling (should it arise) is anything like their sales, it'll be 'top notch' for sure 5*+
