Took out unnocupied home insurance and Daniel Silvester was the representative who arranged it. Daniel was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Was also much cheaper than other quotes I received. Would highly recommend Abcord Insurance.

Absolutely no pressure from my customer contact Salem. He gave me all the information I required, and he was also patient with me as I had a couple of items to check before completing. First time I have used this company, and I was cautious at first, but soon put at ease. I think i have a good working knowledge of home insurance, and after going through the questionnaire i felt happy to go ahead. Ill give a shout when my other policies come for renewal.

Daniel got me a competitive quote in a short space of time. Policy options explained clearly and no pressure to select any particular product or take out insurance at that point. I was happy with the way I was dealt with, so I took out the policy on the spot. Documents and receipts were sent to me straight away and I was satisfied that I was correctly covered.
