I had an amazing customer service…
I had an amazing customer service experience with Abask and specifically Mikhail. My packages got held up in customs, I’m assuming because the US is a mess right now. I didn’t have to lift a finger, Mikhail was all over it and updating me along the way.
All of my products came expertly packed and in perfect form.

Outstanding service
We recently purchased a Giobagnara domino set. We had some question about colour and availability. The customer service we received in response was second to none - extraordinarily prompt and efficient, and helpful to a fault. This excellent standard was maintained with the tasteful packaging and speedy delivery. One of the most delightful shopping experiences we have had in a very long time.

Replacement - waterford crystal wine glasses
I had ordered a pair of wine glasses and after using them for the first time, one shattered in my hand when drying. The customer service I received was like nothing I have ever experienced from a company. Replaced immediately for free and dispatched so fast.
