Dès le premier instant, le **dévouement** d'Abahana a été évident. Ils ont géré chaque aspect avec une efficacité impeccable, ce qui m'a procuré une tranquillité d'esprit absolue. Ha sido maravillosa la estancia. Inolvidable para para toda la familia. 5 días poder experimentar en una villa de lujo y realmente con la comodidad de poder tener todos los detalles cubiertos es fantástico.....
Estuvimos en villa Alegria, con unas vistas espectaculares y una sensación de estar conectado con el mar impresionante. Todos los detalles del interior, limpio, sin nada que objetar.

Villa Albatros a disappointment
Villa Albatros that we rented looked nice and cozy in the pictures on the website. Nothing could be further from the truth, in the large living room were two dirty couches and a small table. Where the dining table was in the picture there was still a lamp, perfect to bump your head against. Two bedrooms were so white and sparsely furnished that it looked like a hospital, not according to the pictures on the site. The house was only accessible via a long staircase, this was not in the description of the Villa. Fortunately for us no problem, but with small children or if you are less mobile it is useful to know in advance.
During a walk through the garden we looked inside on the ground floor and saw all the furniture that was missing in the Villa, clearly thrown in there without interest. After a complaint via email the next morning we found a box with fresh croissants in front of the door. Nice gesture, but in retrospect very easy and once home this Villa really felt like a disappointment without warm memories.

This was our first time renting a villa, and we couldn't have chosen a better company than Abahana Villas. The villa itself was absolutely stunning—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every detail was just perfect.
But what really stood out was the service. The Abahana team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

Espectacular
Tuvimos una estancia genial en la villa Ausina. Fuimos con un grupo de amigos y cada año nos juntamos en un lugar para pasar unos días juntos. La verdad que la villa fue espectacular, mesa de billar, Ping pong, futbolín , jacuzzi de agua fría… La villa estaba a solo 5 minutos andando del pueblo de Calpe. Vamos a repetir. El servicio al cliente muy bueno.

Experiencia excelente con Abahana Villas
Nuestra estancia con Abahana Villas ha sido simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, la atención al cliente fue impecable: amables, rápidos en responder y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La villa estaba exactamente como en las fotos, limpia, bien equipada y con unas vistas impresionantes.
Destaco especialmente la facilidad del proceso de reserva y check-in, todo muy claro y bien organizado. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y cuidados durante toda nuestra estancia. Unschönes Ende . . .
Wir hatten von Januar 2025 bis März 2025 für 8 Wochen die Villa Punta Vista gemietet. Mit dem Zustand der Villa und dem Service während unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir eigentlich sehr zufrieden. Die Villa selber ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Ärger begann erst nach unserer Rückreise, da ich eine gezahlte Kaution in Höhe von 2000€ zeitnah zurück erwartete. Nachdem man uns bei Nachfrage darauf hinwies, dass bei Langzeitaufenhalten das Konto belastet und der Betrag nicht nur geblockt wird und die Rückzahlung erst erfolgt, wenn die Rechnung der Energieversorgers vorliegt, würde das wohl erst im April der Fall sein. Anfang Mai habe ich dann nach ettlichen E-Mails mit einem Rechtsbeistand gedroht.
1 Woche später wurde ein Differenzbetrag kommentarlos überwiesen und einige Hundert Euro !! abgezogen. Ich hatte die Zählerstände jeweils bei Ankunft und Abreise dokumentiert um eine Rechnung kontrollieren zu können. Die Abrechnung des Energieversorgers, die dann doch noch nachgereicht wurde bezog sich auf einen anderen Zeitraum als der meiner tatsächlichen Mietzeit. Die Verbrauchswerte waren somit verfälscht und spiegelten nicht meinen tatsächlichen Verbrauch. Letztendlich wurden mir ein doppelt so hoher Gasverbrauch in Rechnung gestellt als tatsächlich anhand der abgelesenen Zählerstände ermittelt. Hinzu kommt noch, dass bei der Umrechnung auf meinen Mietzeitraum mit falschen Zahlen gerechnet wurde was die Rechnung nochmals um mehr als 100€ verteuerte. Auf meinen Einwand wurde dann schon nicht mehr reagiert. Trotz dem anfänglich sehr positiven Eindruck werde ich wohl keine weitere Buchung bei Abahana tätigen.

Regarding the return of your deposit, we would like to clarify how our process works for long-term stays. In these cases the amount is charged — not only blocked — and the final settlement is carried out once the official invoices from the energy providers are received. This ensures that the actual costs, including both fixed and variable components, are applied fairly and consistently.
We understand that you calculated your own consumption based on meter readings at check-in and check-out. While this seems straightforward, it does not reflect the real billing structure of energy companies, which includes fixed charges, taxes, and minimums in addition to the variable consumption. For this reason, using personal readings alone will never match the official invoices. Our method, based on proration within the exact billing periods of the suppliers, is the only way to guarantee transparency, accuracy, and equal treatment for all our guests.
We regret if this approach caused frustration and if our communication on the matter did not meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we are confident that our procedure is the fairest and most professional, as it relies on official documentation and not on subjective estimates.
It is unfortunate that this issue overshadowed what was otherwise a very positive stay. We thank you for your feedback, which has been shared internally to improve both our explanation of the process and the speed of communication with guests in similar cases.

No es la primera vez que reservo a través de esta empresa.
Y esta no es la primera vez. Eso pasa cada vez Al menos ya es la tercera vez.
Y si sabes cuánto vas a pagar por el alquiler de Abahanas Villas por dos semanas o 16 días, todo debería ser perfecto.
A veces el espíritu festivo nos hace pasar por alto algunos defectos. Pero esta vez llegué tarde por la noche, a las 9 p.m. y no a las 6 p.m. según lo previsto. Las llaves me fueron entregadas amablemente en la oficina y recién pude ver la propiedad al día siguiente, en un día similar. Así que empezaré con la piscina. Estaba totalmente sucio. La terraza no ha sido barrida desde hace semanas. Los cojines de las tumbonas y las sillas están todos sucios. Los cojines de las sillas están llenos de polvo y no se han limpiado ni desempolvado en mucho tiempo. El edificio y las instalaciones estaban dentro del alcance de la relación precio-rendimiento.

Hemos trasladado tu comentario a los departamentos de limpieza y mantenimiento para que lo revisen en detalle y se aseguren de que no vuelva a repetirse.

Great Villa – Terrible Customer Service from Abahana Villas
We stayed at Villa Avalon, which was a beautiful property and met all our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and comfort. No complaints about the villa itself expect for some ants in the sleeping rooms\beds we could been without.
However, Abahana Villas’ customer service was a major disappointment. When the dishwasher broke early in our stay – a crucial issue for a group of nine – we received slow, unresponsive service and we had to chase them repeatedly for updates. After first email, we had a replay that they would send someone to look at it. No further response for many hours. New email, no response. Called them and requested an update. They promised to check status. No further feedback for 19 hours. New call and same answer. Finally, a few hours later, I got a call and got conformed that they would not be able to repair the dishwasher during our stay.
After checkout and multiple emails requesting compensation for this issue, we were then finally offered compensation, the amount was laughably small considering the inconvenience. We were offered 50 EUR in discount. Based on the fact we have rented a premium Villa, with a dishwasher listed as inventory we have purchased a product Abahana Villas haven’t delivered on. The compensation was also offered only if we signed a contract that we would agree upon that the compensation was “reasonable and objective” and to not add any negative comments online.
Bottom line: The villa was great, but if anything goes wrong, don't expect Abahana Villas to handle it well. Their customer service and level of compensation offered after multiple email with no offer at all is completely inadequate and left a bad impression on an otherwise nice holiday.

We are glad to read that Villa Avalon itself met your expectations in terms of location, comfort and cleanliness, and we are sorry that a technical incident overshadowed what could otherwise have been a fully positive stay.
The dishwasher issue was reported on May 2nd, two days after your arrival. That same day we were unable to attend the matter, but the following day it was determined that solving the reported error required a specialized technician. As it was already the weekend, the earliest intervention available would have been on the Monday after your departure. Unfortunately, in short stays such as yours, there are situations where repairs simply cannot be completed within the timeframe.
We fully understand that this was an inconvenience, especially for a group of nine, and we did not oppose your decision not to wash dishes manually, knowing that the cleaning team would take care of it at checkout. However, when assessing compensation we apply objective and consistent criteria: it is calculated only for the nights affected after the incident was reported, and balanced against the overall facilities and services enjoyed (private pool, sauna, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, table tennis, barbecue, etc.). From this perspective, while the lack of a working dishwasher is certainly a nuisance, it does not diminish the overall experience of a premium villa in the same way as a more critical failure would.
We regret that our compensation proposal felt insufficient from your point of view, just as your own request seemed excessive from ours. Our goal is always to handle such cases with fairness and consistency. What we can assure is that the situation was managed within the limits of what was realistically possible, and with the professionalism that guides all of our operations.

Second time booking with Abahana Villas…
Second time booking with Abahana Villas in Calpe, they are very friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected because of a flight delay, phoned the number on the door and someone arrived within minutes to hand over the keys. Villas are very well presented. The welcome pastry hamper is a lovely touch.
