My Experience with Aardvark Accounting - From Rocky Start to Reliable Partner
I've been a client of Aardvark Accounting for two years now, using their services for both my personal taxes and two businesses. I'll be honest - the first few months were challenging. I found myself dealing with multiple team members emailing me separately, which made it difficult to keep track of what needed to be done and when. The communication felt fragmented, and I was starting to worry I'd made the wrong choice.
However, what impressed me was how they responded when I raised this concern. Instead of dismissing my feedback, they took it seriously and made real changes. Tony Sadler stepped in personally to streamline the communication process, and the difference has been night and day.
Now, I receive clear, organized emails that summarize exactly what's due for each entity and when. No more confusion, no more searching through multiple email threads. Tony has been instrumental in not just organizing the communication, but also helping me navigate various tax issues that have come up along the way.

I've had such a great experience with Aardvark and I would definitely recommend them! They were reassuring and informative when I was first setting up my business. Switching Accountant
I needed to change my accountant due to ongoing problems with my current one. I choose Aardvark because the best personal accountant I had in the past Jasmin Cox is now working with them. I admit that the whole process of switching was very easy for me except the difficult part from the previous accountant. The whole Aardvark team is super helpful in all matters. Ryan knows his stuff
Everytime I have any accounting / tax etc. related query, Ryan Goldingay and his team are super quick to help and remind me why it makes so much sense to pay for an accountant! For the first time in this instance, Ryan couldn't help immediately (but it wasn't urgent so not a problem) so we scheduled a video call which Ryan dialled into on the dot and helped me with my query.

Second Review - I Still Highly Recommend Them
I wrote a review over a year ago, shortly after launching my company and joining Aardvark Accounting. Since then, I can honestly say I’m incredibly grateful for their ongoing support. They’ve made navigating taxes, company returns, and all the behind the scenes admin of running a business so much easier.
Working with them has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders, allowing me to focus on my actual work without constantly stressing about compliance and deadlines. A special thank you to Jasmin, who manages my account. She’s incredibly friendly, patient with all my questions (no matter how daft they may seem), and always provides clear, helpful answers.

Great with a new limited company
I found Aardvark when looking for accountants who specifically integrate with FreeAgent as this was the timekeeping, invoicing etc software I was already using with my new private limited company. It's very handy having accountants who are up to speed on the software and able to help with any troubleshooting, suggesting the best ways to keep information neat and easy to add. It's been great working with Tony Sadler - I've found he's been responsive and helpful with answering any queries in a timely manner and it's been simple to set up meetings with him. The whole team has been communicative and set up everything I've needed to start my business with HMRC.
