Couldn’t be happier with the service
I’ve been with Aardvark Accounting for a while now and couldn’t be happier with their service. Every email is answered promptly and clearly, and I always receive reminders well in advance. They handle all the complex work behind the scenes, and whenever there’s something I need to do, they let me know straight away.
Whether I’m speaking to my main contact or someone from the tax or payroll team, the advice is always professional and easy to understand. A special thanks to Lauren Frampton for her lightning-fast help the other week.

You get what you pay for which is a very bad service! It's cheap but they constantly exceed turn around times on work and sometimes won't reply to your emails for over 4 weeks!

We always aim to respond to every email we receive, so if there was ever a missed reply, please be assured this would have been a genuine oversight and not intentional. Our standard turnaround time for accounts is 8–10 weeks from when all required information is received, and we always strive to meet those timeframes. If for any reason we believe a delay might occur, we’ll communicate this directly with the client as soon as possible.
If you haven’t heard from us, please rest assured that your work is still in progress and the team is working to ensure everything is completed within the agreed timescales and before all deadlines.
If you’d like us to review your individual case in more detail, please do get in touch with your Client Director or contact Louisa directly so we can look into it right away.

Feel very supported by a firm that understands my needs

My Experience with Aardvark Accounting - From Rocky Start to Reliable Partner
I've been a client of Aardvark Accounting for two years now, using their services for both my personal taxes and two businesses. I'll be honest - the first few months were challenging. I found myself dealing with multiple team members emailing me separately, which made it difficult to keep track of what needed to be done and when. The communication felt fragmented, and I was starting to worry I'd made the wrong choice.
