I tried to order the rose flower bear from Hong Kong and was directed to a voice mail, I’m so pleased that they actually made the long distance call back to me in Hong Kong to follow up on my order inquiry. And, I asked for it to be delivered in the morning, it’s understandable that it’s up to the courier company but they made the extra effort to request for it to be delivered in the morning as requested and it arrived perfectly on time in the morning, excellent service !!

Highly recommended business
Fantastic customer service. I made a mistake with my wording, and I sent an e-mail to the company. This was effectively changed before my order was sent. The Rose was well packaged, and delivered to the requested hotel in good time for the package to be placed in the hotel room in readiness for our arrival. My wife was delighted with the rose. The card came in a presentable envelope with a wax seal. I would highly recommend the business to others. Thank you. I will be using your services again in the future!!

Excellent service
The original container was damaged, we think this was probably due to mishandling by the courier company but we were sent a complete new container with flowers. The replacement is perfect and we are more than satisfied.
