Items paid for and marked as paid for at the 711. Store confirmed and packaged items. Doordash was notified and they never picked up my purchased items then claimed that the delivery wasn't theirs. Grubhub did the exact same thing when confronted about being 1 of 2 places that deliver for 711. The sale was finally canceled 😞 and a refund has not been put back onto my card, so now as a home bound person, I have no money and no items. 7now, doordash, and grubhub should all be ashamed for ripping off the disabled.
Only 1/6 orders delivered
I have received my order legitimately 1/6 times. 5 orders go to "out for delivery" and then get canceled a FULL HOUR later. Do not recommend
Bad service
I made an order yesterday. It was supposed to be here in 45 minutes. I called 2 hours later it still wasn't delivered to me. I called and customer service said that it has been transferred to Dordash. I called today and they said a refund has been issued. They said it takes 5 to 10 days for the refund is returned. When I called customer support she was rude. Poor service all the way around.

Worst experience ever with customer service. Besides the fact, this has happened twice before I ordered merchandise get an update that my order was received. I put it in the 11:00 PM at 11:20. I got a message. My order was on the way I would be there between 1142 and 1147 when I reached out to customer service They told me it was on the way when I informed them at 12:15 when the driver updated and he’s only 12 minutes away. It is not possible went back to track. My order still had the same update went back-and-forth with customer service someone named Victor, who then finally admitted there was no driver and he had no cluewhen my order would be delivered or if it would be delivered. As I clearly went back again while I was chatting same status then Victor tells me it’s on the way. Track the order again same status from the original on the way going to arrive 1147, which is now 1215 to 1230. I explained to him it would be impossible as the same update is there. It is not on the way while he insisted he had not told me that I snapshot it where he told me and he said my bad hold off see what happens as we don’t deliver and cannot get in touch with DoorDash or Uber eats food delivers. You have an app, but you cannot help your clients so I was in an hour and a half on the phone in the end my order had to be canceled after going back-and-forth. I saved all the conversations and can upload them for you. I was lied to made to wait no clarification and when the person I was talking to was simply done with me I got an automated response. Sorry I’m new. I can’t understand what you’re saying in the middle of the conversations that happened 3 to 4 different times then I was promised the manager would call me back That was promised by Victor who took my phone number that the manager would call me hence an hour later, no call and another 3540 minutes back-and-forth a girl named Desiree took my number and she’ll be the manager will be in touch with me until the four hours now it is 1 o’clock in the morning Two hours waiting on merchandise. I wasn’t getting my replied. Shall I stay up all night for the manager honestly if you have an app, you need to be able to help your clients with the company you sub the work out to. You are making money on the app but cannot appropriately help your customers as I was told you have no access to getting in touch with the companies not worth using. I will be calling corporate. It’s not about the money as the five dollars after two hours on the phone, they offered me I declined. It’s about respect and handling the situation and should have been escalated and expedited as quickly as possible and all the times I’ve used it that has happened 2 to 3 other times. I would give a zero on a scale from one to 10 I have never written a bad review. I am in the customer service business and if it was for lack of empathy, lack of trying and being switched over to automated BS when I was clearly talking to someone when they no longer wanted to help me or hear me very convenient I do have the number I will call since it was after hours and they open Monday through Friday between nine and five. This is not the last you will hear of me I have snapshot every conversation with each rep and robot that they sent me to. By the way it’s not been three hours. Still no phone call. I will be sending those to corporate. I will be deleting my app and I will post on every possible media social media I can never use this app. The problem is when people are desperate for cigarettes or alcohol. That’s why they use it don’t have an app unless you could help your clients.

I would not trust the 711 app for buying items. I have now been charged extra money twice from the 711 app. When I called the 711 store, they tried to blame it on DoorDash, even though the order was not through DoorDash. When I called 711 customer service, they said no additional charges were showing up on their end. So, these people who are running the store must have used some kind of app to hide the extra money they took from my account. Never again will I use the 711 app

Giving 1 star is being generous simply because this is definitely feels like a scam. I recorded my experience this time, I felt like the person was gaslighting me. Bad customer service and experience can get your business shut down simply by providing better options. Perhaps you should take this opportunity to improve your support staff , you need to consult with your technical support team and make some upgrades. Your concept is great but the quality of your execution and the experience for customers is frustrating and disappointing. If you are legitimately trying to make money then please prove me wrong.
Multiple times of cancellation by the drivers and the 7-Eleven app
Multiple times I had orders canceled because drivers did not communicate or follow the instructions and they just cancel the order and it takes forever to get a refund when they should refund it that day so you can do what you got to do but now 7-Eleven apps want you to wait before they refund it which is not fair it's not your fault it's their fault if anybody reads this I will recommend that get rid of the app if people want to go to 7-Eleven they can go to the store and not use the app because it's the worst thing in the world I am deleting mine once my refund comes in I'm never using that app again because they can never follow instructions and there's a lot of glitches also you put your address in apartment number and they still can't find you you tell them the gate codes everything and they still ask you what's the code it's all on the app but they apparently they can't see it because don't show it I've been using this app for about 5 years and I'm finally done with it it's not worth it anymore the headache is terrible on it they just need to fix their programming get the glitches out and have a better service

Been a long time customer high volume do too me being disabled delivery is what I rely on . Have used them for about 5 years getting 3 too 4 deliveries weekly . Was great up until about 2 years ago they acquired a delivery service named skipcart .generally don’t have drivers available you wait a hour they cancel your order without requesting it . Stating no drivers availability they will refund you but you wait 10 too 14 days too get your money back . It seems like they play with your money then you wait a long time too get your money back sometimes you will have too place a order 2 or 3 times too finally get it in the meantime you will have 100 too 200 out there waiting on refunds . Do not use them unless you have money too float around between banks or if something you definitely need . Until they go back too using door dash or Uber eats for drivers there delivery service is useless and the worst part is you pay high delivery fees and they make you tip driver 10 percent on top of it and when they refund you end up losing delivery tips besides not getting merchandise. I also sent a email too the CEO which does not care either . And when I say I’m high volume probably spend between 30 too 50k yearly now they won’t ever get a penny . Ps if your waiting for a credit or appology don’t hold your breath it will not come

It’s a useless app, that will charge for orders that never been delivered, they will send your order to your local 711 so ridiculous, if I want to pick up a order why I would pay for a delivery fee? You can’t talk to a person who give a solution because there’s none, their IA said that I will get a refund, by mail they said no, I open a ticket that said my problem is been solved, so frustrating

This app is bs. I paid for an order and within 2hrs 2 drivers canceled my order. I tried to contact customer service and no one was available for hrs. I woke up the next day and finally had a reply saying it was gonna take 5-10 business days to get me my refund. Absolutely awful experience. My fault for giving it a chance.

Issues with the store
Issues with the store, issues with the app, issues with drivers not picking up orders then still being charged.
The store always gets my orders wrong, always missing stuff or stuff messed up. Half the time the drivers wint even pick the stuff up and we're waiting more than an hour or so we go to cancle and were still charged

Love 7-Eleven delivery but had an issue tonight
This is probably my third time using 7-Eleven delivery. I love it and I've never had any issues. Delivery is sometimes slow but I know that probably isn't their issue on their end as they use a third party delivery. But tonight I ordered six taquitos in my order and only got five. I'm I'm pretty sure the delivery person didn't eat it as there's a security sticker on the package that wasn't tampered with but who knows. Otherwise the clerk tonight couldn't count. Oh I just realized it's April fool's day. Maybe that's why

0 stars if possible. 7 11 is awesome, i love the place, this 7now app feels like it was designed to HURT the franchise. The app only shows popular and name brand items, about 10% of actual products in store and even less as far as variety for said products go. Theres 0 accountability with this app, then they 3rd party the delivery service with Skipcart (even less accountability, you cant even report drivers!), so now your stuck in the BS cycle of: app says call store, store says its delivery service "call them", then IF you make contact with Skipcart "its the apps fault". Far more reliable to pay homeless people to go to the store for you, than to use this delivery service, cause lets face it, this app is ALL ABOUT TABACOO, ALCOHOL, AND DELIVERY. Fix this mass of good ideas done the worst and laziest way.
