Terrible bookmaker. I deposited 70,000 pesos and placed bets on the NBA and football. When I won 200,000 pesos, the bookmaker asked me to go through a verification process. I sent my documents, completed a video call during which I successfully answered all the questions, and was told that I should wait 3 to 5 days. The day after the video call, they asked me to provide screenshots of my conversations from my Telegram account (what kind of nonsense is this?). They asked me to provide screenshots showing my communication with their agent (a partner who develops their referral program). I provided a screenshot from my computer, then they asked me to take a screenshot using my phone. I did that too, and then they asked me to take a screenshot that showed all corners of my screen. I did that screenshot and sent it to their website for verification, to their email, and in their chat. In total, I sent these screenshots about 15-20 times, and each time their team pretended not to see anything and asked me to send the screenshots again. Yet in my verification profile, my screenshot is already verified, as is all the information about me. Every day, this company lies by saying that they will contact me via email to resolve my issue, but they have never emailed me.

today i will also write a letter to the philippines gambling regulator and complain about this company. i will also send a report to the police fraud unit.

If someone from 747 wants to solve my problem without going to court they can contact me through inner messages on the bookmaker's website. Because I just don't receive their emails, I don't know where they send them and I think they are just lying and not sending them at all.

I'd asked for a one time request but they keep ignoring my request. Agents and managers only telling generic response. They don't want me to be heard. Didn't ask or receive rewards before but still receive no extra good treatment.

I created an account with this bookmaker and made a deposit equivalent to 900 US dollars. I made regular bets on basketball and table tennis and gradually my balance grew. I bet an combo bet of 5 matches with odds of 13 and I won. after that I wanted to withdraw money and was unable to do so.

The bookmaker asked me to go through verification, I sent all the documents and confirmed that I am a real person via video call. after that they stole all my winnings (about $3300) and even stole part of my deposit. The bookmaker does not explain the reasons for his action.

I see answer of support under my review. They are liars. Their support don’t response me for 5 days about refunding me money.

When registering, I asked if I could create an account with them. I said about my nationality. The support team said I can do it and I have proof. I sent documents for verification before I started betting and they said my account was verified. Only after I won the money did they tell me that I couldn’t bet with them.

I made a bet on their website on a Valorant match between LEV and NRG. The odds looked pretty similar on other websites. But i still chose them. Later on, when the first match ended, they returned my bet as they stated "The odds were incorrect and the name of the team is incorrect". My question is, why did they not return it before the match started so that i can place my bets again immediately? Why was it returned after? This has to be the biggest scam. I do not recommend this website.

I noticed something in playing blackjack. If most of the table are 18 above and 1 table is less than 9. Then this table must hit. The dealer has a 2 card and the hidden card is 10. Once the dealer get his card. He will get always 9. I encountered this round for more than 10 rounds. Its obvious that you are scamming the money of the people.
