724rent de Estambul son unos auténticos estafadores. Nos cobraron 1000€ por una rallita en la pintura y además se han quedado con la fianza de 500€.
Tienen una estrategia bien desarrollada para sacar el máximo dinero posible.
Busco gente que quiera participar en una demanda colectiva, también pueden escribir los empleados arrepentidos.

Kiraladığım aracın aküsüyle ilgili sorun yaşadım; bildirimde bulundum. Aldığım cevap ise şuydu: "Sorun basit. Sokakta birine sor, herkes yardımcı olabilir." Hatta taksi şoförüne zorla sordular telefonda. Bu durum tamamen saçma ve son derece profesyonellikten uzak. Özür dilemek yerine, "Aküyü şarj et ve geri getir" demeleri kabul edilemez. Buradan asla araç kiralamayın!

I experienced battery issues with the rented car and reported it. The response I received was: "The problem is simple. Ask someone on the street; everyone can help you." They even asked a taxi driver. This is bizarre and extremely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, they told me to charge the battery and return the car. Never rent a car from here!

I booked a car with this company in Istambul from 3 to 14 August 2024 and was asked for a deposit of 500 euros. When I returned the car I asked for a refund and was told it would take two weeks because they had to check if I had any fines. I have exchanged several messages with them and they will not give me my money back. I do not recommend renting from them.

Beware, beware, beware, avoid this fraudulent company, don't fall into the same trap I fell into. They promised to return the 500 euros they demanded from me as a deposit, and have never seen it since, now it 5 years ago, they had no reason to do it.

Des escrocs de très grande envergure.
Il nous donne la voiture en réserve mais genre vraiment.
Il nous donne une vieille fiat alors que nous avions commandé une clio.
Pas de produit lave glace dans la voiture .
Pas de adbloue dans la voiture, apres avoir fait qlq kilometre le adbloue c’est allumé on a mit un bidon. Lorsqu’on a rendu la voiture le adoublou c’est allumer et nous on factuer 180€ alors qu’on a rouler 4000km et qu’on a mit un bidon a 30€.

Terrible company! They charged and used my €1,000 deposit instead of just holding it, and I’ve been struggling for two weeks to get it back. Avoid at all costs!

Very bad experience.. refuse to pay by deposit. I called them 100 times and sent 100 e.mails and whatsup.
Never answer my call.
So be careful and choose other companies.

I'm sorry to say that, for the first time, I am deeply disappointed with the service of a car rental company in Türkiye!!, despite having travelled several times and generally being satisfied with rental companies, 724rent is the worst company, with no doubt. My friends and I made sure to return the car in the same clean and good condition as we received it.

However, when we returned the car, we were met with unnecessary complications, which extended the process to over two hours—almost causing us to miss our flight if we hadn't pressured them to hurry up. We felt that there was an attempt to exploit the insurance as much as possible and to look for any minor fault. Despite almost two months passing, we still haven't got back our insurance deposit, which is a $500 refund, even though we have been trying to contact the company weekly with no response.

We are now extremely dissatisfied with the company's service, particularly with one of their employees named Moussa, he is a Syrian guy who was uncooperative and made us feel that he was deliberately stalling, even after we informed him that we would leave a negative review. Our concerns were met with complete indifference and disregard from him. And he said to post your experience everywhere online!

Therefore, I advise anyone to avoid dealing with this company to avoid the damage we experienced.

Note: I also suggest the company change its name, as it lacks the true meaning of its work.

At first, my experience with the Vipcar website seemed positive, as I booked through the company 724Rent. However, I was shocked when they canceled the reservation, claiming that the supplier had no cars available. I contacted the supplier, who denied this and stated that VipCars had canceled the reservation without informing them! They handled the situation well and offered a comparable price.

Upon my arrival, the contract was signed, and payment was made, but what followed was extremely disappointing. I was surprised by the presence of annoying and unclear policies that gradually revealed themselves like hidden traps. Even though I chose the highest insurance option, they deducted a refundable deposit of $500 from me. After returning the vehicle in excellent condition, I was shocked to find additional charges for exceeding the daily mileage limit, which was not clearly stated in the agreement.

The most frustrating part is that I still haven't received my deposit back, even though it's been over a month and a half since I returned the car. This was a terrible experience that I will never repeat with them.

Scammers!!! Avoid them at all costs!! I had a horrendous experience with "724rent" car rental company in Türkiye.
They took a $500 deposit, although I paid $20 extra for each day of renting as full insurance, and they promised to be refunded within a week after returning the car! Then, they completely ignored my calls, messages, and emails when it was time to return them. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't honor its commitments and leaves you in the dark. Additionally, they charge 12 TL for every kilometer that exceeds their unreasonable daily mileage limit. On top of that, they hit you with $300 for every tiny scratch on the car's body upon return.

My advice: steer clear of "724rent." Even if their rates seem attractive, the hidden charges and poor customer service make it not worth the risk. Opt for a more reliable car rental company to avoid unnecessary stress and unexpected costs.

Kiralanan araba yıkamada diye 2 saat bekletilip ondan sonra tamamen şahsi bir tavırla birinin zorla getirip Fiat Egea’yı bize mecbursunuz bunu almaya diyerekten verdi.
Sebebi ise başka bir arabayı 50 Euro’ya para alaraktan kiraya vermek istemesi ve bizim kabul etmememiz.

Araba kirli hasarlı. Ve tamamen merdivenaltı bir araba kiralama şirketi.

We rented a car a couple of months ago from 724Rent. They made us pay a deposit and mandatory insurance. They gave us a car that was falling apart, with stains on the seats. We had to inflate the tires and buy gas because the car didn’t have any in the tank (even though the agreement stated otherwise). After driving it carefully, we cleaned the inside of the car and returned it. They said it was fine, with no scratches, etc. However, they claimed the car needed to be washed (even though we returned it in better condition than we received it). They were also extremely rude and refused to take us back to the airport (their office is NOT at the airport). They never refunded our deposit. We called and emailed many times but received no response. They are a bunch of scammers making money by extorting customers, keeping deposits, and charging for insurance (with no official documentation). They are also very rude and know nothing about the rental business. A bunch of thieves and scammers. Especially their boss, Yasin Kamil Yazar, who is the head of the gang. Every time you ask him something, he gives a different response that is convenient to him and which is a lie.
Mr. Can, or whatever his name is (the bald guy), is just as bad. They are all liars and con-artists. We heard similar stories from other customers who were waiting outside and at Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
They're a bunch of sleazy amateurs making money off poor tourists by stealing from them and not returning their deposits. This company should be reported to the police and government for their illegal business operations.

Очень ужасно обращение с клиентами и не возвращает депозит. Не объясняет, за что не возвращали деньги. Будьте осторожна они мошенники. Вообще не берите у них автомобиль.
