I have had problems numerous times withdrawing! It states the most it will take is 48 hours.
1 withdrawal I waited over 7 days, I assumed this was a one off but now I have been waiting 5 days and I have sent my documents several times which means they aren’t storing them as they state on their website as it stated documents will be required to be uploaded once then kept on file.

They are happy to take your money instantly but they don’t seem to want to pay out winnings.
When my withdrawal processed I won’t be playing again.

Edit- my bank card is in date until 2028 and has been uploaded 6 times in the past 9 days as has my bank statement and I.d. So I don’t understand where an up to date payment method is required.
If the live chat was actually answered I could have cleared this up with someone..

Still accepting deposits but have a bonus requirement bug stopping you from withdrawing, contacted customer service and was told it will be fixed when it's fixed and we will keep your money till then been 2 days now avoid this site at the minute

DO NOT USE! Customer service is shocking and the payout times are much longer than other sites. I had my cash out approved on Saturday and because it went to wrong bank it’s got to approved again? Customer service team all read off scripts so aren’t very helpful. They owe me £999. They don’t take this long to take money out of my account when I’m depositing 😂

So far it hs not been too bad, yes they charge a fee which is not a lot. Been playing for over a month with not winning much, but last night had a good couple of wins so have withdrawn it, still pending, sent in ID although I don't have my name on all utility bills and most are paperless or only every 6/12 months but what ive sent in seems to be accepted now (council tax was rejected) it says it can take 48 hours, although hopefully it will be within 24 hours. If things go smoothly then I will update rating but all good at the moment.

First withdrawals took around 12-24 hours now with instant bank payment it takes 30 mins but I might just be lucky

I have been waiting over a week for my withdrawals to process after having supplied the requested documents to be verified (never had this issue before with previous withdrawals on this same site!). I have tried to use the live chat and ‘contact us’ form and have not had a single response.

Absalutly shambles, I signed up with 666 about 3 weeks ago, made my first depsoit and didn't receive my welcome offer, so instantly had to go to live chat, then I recieved my bonus money, but not my bonus spins, so back to live chat I went, I have there for despited £100's and every time I have opted in for the bonus which I have never recieved, been on live chat speaking to Charles, no help at all,. This has to be one of the worst sites for payout rates.
We all understand the risks of gambeling and 666 casino use that as there excuse in every reply. HOWEVER every gambling casino does have some say on the % of winnings they give out monthly/yearly because they would never make money otherwise. It's just like the claw machines some are set to take a high payment before the clamp will win you a teddy!
