What a joke of a site don’t play - same spin three times

Worst company I would advise against using them. They have not processed my wininings after sending several documents they have requested time and time again. No response to any emails they are a scam

Absolute horrible experience deposited 2000 pounds then decided I did not want to play asked for my money back only to be told I need to send id so I sent everything they asked for and still no good wanting more and I haven't got anymore they have shut my account down now it's making me ill they don't want to give me my money back please stay away from this company looks like I have to go to court now

I’m a new player. My very first withdrawal was made late on a Friday night and despite expectations that it wouldn’t be processed until after the weekend (no processing of withdrawals over the weekend T&Cs) it came through Sunday. This came as a pleasant surprise to me as the live chat confirmed that this wouldn’t be possible and that they can’t prioritise any players. My next two withdrawals came through instantly with no delays. I will always say gamble responsibly, but if you’re looking for somewhere safe and reliable to gamble, look no further than here. Ignore the negative reviews (players won’t often leave a review unless they are disgruntled / unhappy) and I’m a new player who has been nothing but impressed.

Went on the website, depositing was no fuss, played a few games, ended up winning around £800 and I withdrew, took about 1.5 weeks for me to get my withdrawal.

After that I played again and deposited a few hundred, I then left with over £1,400 and withdrew again, this time it only took 30mins-1hr.

I may be a bit biased as I did win on this site however I do find the depositing, withdrawing, account setup and variety of games pretty good for such an unpopular site.

Also when I went to withdraw the first time I did get sceptical that they weren’t going to pay out given the wait time. So I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and reassured me that I would get paid.

Won £300 doing 10p spins . Good communication as I Was worried about how long it would take to withdraw but ended up coming 2 days .

Joined yesterday, made a few deposits and made a withdrawal of £1200. They have now blocked my account and I'm unable to login and no monies received from my withdrawl. As advised I will be opening a court case against this company. Seems they don't like to pay out anyone!

I put in a withdrawal request which was pending, uploaded all proof of identity (passport & driving license). I went back on to check the status of my withdrawal and they have locked my account. Customer service chat never answer me.

Now resolved, thank you. 4* as chat is hard to get through to.

This is a scam. I made several deposits which went through fine and then when it came to withdrawing my winning which were £1150 they said I needed to send in proof of my identity. I sent them what was requested, front and back of my bank card, bank statements, energy bills, council tax bill and they said that wasn’t acceptable so I then had to send a credit card statement and payslip. Again not acceptable. Only driving licence or passport. I don’t have either as I’m disabled and have a medical condition which affects the fluid on my brain and have a medical exemption letter stating I can never drive or fly. I explained this to their customer service rep via live chat and email even copying the link to show I’m not legally allowed a passport or driving licence and they still refused to pay me my winnings. I’ve now had to report them to the Gambling Commission and open up a fraud/identity theft investigation with my bank that the deposits came out of. Disgusting company and discriminating against me for being disabled.

I do not recommend at all. The worst website . Not only that they charge you to deposit but they charge you for every withdrawal as well. They will just let you win a bit when you open the account and then nothing. Do NOT USE IT.

I’ve never had a problem before but now it’s gone bad I’m waiting for £250 and they are not paying out they just keep telling me to live chat or send email of which I have done both but no reply they have paid out before but not this time my cash is still pending be careful on this site quick to take money but not to pay out

Shocking site deposited money no games would load requested money back they had all Id but make excuses not to payout what is rightfully my money and not winnings took me 24hrs to get someone to type back fullstop site needs shutting down nothing but thieves if you ask me .took case to resolve but not hopeful at all

Just signed up deposited £120 and withdrew £500 (couldve been £700 but I chanced my arm). Not sure why other reviews comment on there being no feature spins/win spins as this absolutely was not the case for me. Slightly dubious about the withdrawal reviews as mine has only just been requested but I will update when it’s been paid!

I have had an ongoing problem with free spins when I make a deposit , this was nearly 2 weeks ago , have chatted various times , emailed a complaint ,direct and via resolver , don’t even get any acknowledgement they have been received or what is being done .
When I had the 150 free spins if I won no amount of winnings were being credited to cash or bonus balance . Advised not to play all the spins and any other free spins incase the same happens , so I lose out again .
