Virtually impossible to fit! New tyres onto new rims and they are so stiff and inflexible the professional fitter only managed to fit two in 3 hours!

Hi Alasdair,
Thank you for your feedback. These tyres are designed as a heavy duty mud terrain, with strong sidewalls and reinforced construction to provide durability and performance in demanding off road conditions.
We work closely with trusted fitters in your area and can recommend one to carry out the fitting.
We have tried to contact you—please get in touch with us on 01789 548817 and we will be happy to advise. Once fitted, these tyres are an excellent choice and perform very well!
We look forward to hearing from you.

Excellent service.
The comprehensive choice combined with a wheel and tyre package.
The competitive pricing and ease of use of your site.
Finally receiving the wheels and tyres complete inc balancing ready to fit was both unexpected and most appreciated.

1st order from 4X4 tyres…
I haven't ordered from 4X4 tyres before.
They had in stock what I wanted and arrived a day earlier than quoted.
Great company to deal with and the best price on the internet, also had a discount code for a little extra saving, who doesn't like that.
Will definitely be ordering again.
Thanks for a great buying experience.

Hi Pedro,
Thank you for your review.
I’ve since spoken with you directly to confirm that the tyre has now been delivered. The order was dispatched on the same day it was placed, however it unfortunately fell over a bank holiday, during which the couriers were not operating.
Thank you for your patience, and please do contact us if we can help with anything further.
Kind Regards,
Georgia
Ordered tyres with the 48hr service but…
Ordered tyres with the 48hr service but they didn’t arrive until after 6 days. The customer service staff were friendly and helpful but that didn’t make the tyres arrive any quicker. This was really disappointing as I needed the tyres for a rental vehicle so had to buy others from the local garage at great additional cost.

Svar från 4x4 Tyres.co.uk
Hi Craig,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We completely understand your frustration, especially as the tyres were needed for a rental vehicle. Unfortunately, this delay was due to the website not correctly recognising the postcode, and due to where your location is based, this requires an extra amount of time for delivery. This is not something that usually happens, and we genuinely wish we could have had the tyres with you sooner.
We do appreciate your kind comments about our customer service team, and we’re sorry that on this occasion the delivery did not meet expectations. If you ever order with us again, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly and I’ll make sure everything is personally checked and arranged as quickly as possible.
Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve.
Kind Regards,
Georgia
