Simple online order.
Simple online order after confirming code for Blue Light Card discount. Good communication confirming order.
Only little issue was that I ordered the tyres on Wednesday 1st and specified delivery for the following Monday (my day off) 5th. They were actually delivered on the Friday 3rd. Not a problem as I happened to be at home (lunch break), but it could result in a missed delivery if not delivered on the pre arranged day/date.
The delivery guy was excellent and helped me stow them in my yard.

Easy order process, shocking delivery service
Placing the order was simple, an easy to use website.
However delivery was atrocious! Despite being informed that delivery would be on the 2nd October the goods finally arrived on October 5th.
At no time during this period was any communication received from the delivery company and I have still not been notified by DX (the delivery partner) that my order is either out for delivery or has in fact been delivered!

Hi Duncan,
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found our website easy to use and the ordering process straightforward.
We're very sorry to hear about the delivery experience. Unfortunately, your order was delayed in transit and we completely understand how frustrating it is to receive little or no communication regarding delivery updates. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we'll be passing your comments on to DX for review.
We appreciate your patience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
