Speed,solution,amazing staff.
Ordered from them a couple times now and the service is amazing. This time I had an issue with a set of tyres not fitting my vehicle, but Chloe was there to save the day and quickly got a new set sent out the next day and arranged for the garage to get them fitted that day. Cant recommend them enough and thank Chloe for her hard work and speedy solutions. Will continue to use this company everytime.

Hi Cyril,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
I’m really sorry to hear this has been your experience with us, and I completely understand your frustration. As discussed, we’re only able to process refunds once returned items have been received back at our warehouse. I can assure you the refund was processed by our Accounts team as soon as your return was received.
While I’m pleased we’ve now been able to get this resolved, I’m sorry the process wasn’t as smooth as either of us would have liked. We genuinely value your feedback, and I really do hope we’ll have the chance to show you the level of service we pride ourselves on in the future.
Kind regards,
Ross
