First but not the last order
First but not the last order.
The only place that sells this specific tyre in this size.
Ended up having the tyre fixed so it was an unnecessary order but keeping it as it's way cheaper than what I paid last year elsewhere.
Bang on, really. Thank you

A preliminary review for services yet to be rendered
Firstly, this is a preliminary review.
I am scoring 4x4 now as I keep getting requests to do so!
My tyres were supposed to arrive on the 26th of May and have not yet appeared.
Neither 4x4 or the courier (DX) seem to know where they are. Not a satisfactory situation.
If and when I get my tyres, I will update.
Tyres arrived 10 days later than expected after a mix up of orders. A frustrating experience but happily resolved. Thanks to Laura at 4x4 for chasing this one up.

Hi Mr Douglas,
Thank you for your review and thank you for taking the time to speak with me over the phone.
We’re really sorry to hear about the delay you experienced with your delivery. Your tyres were dispatched on time from our side, but unfortunately the courier significantly let us down on this occasion, which is not the level of service we expect for our customers.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been waiting beyond the scheduled delivery date, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We’re pleased to see that your tyres have now arrived, and we hope you’re happy with them. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Kind regards,
Georgia

Hi Baz,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re really sorry for the delay you experienced with your delivery. Your order was dispatched on time from our side, and the courier was provided with the correct address details. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed despite the information being accurate, which was an error on the courier’s part.
We’re pleased to see that you’ve now received your tyres, but we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Please be assured that this has been raised and addressed directly with our courier to help prevent it happening again.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
Kind regards,

Good price!
Good price!! But considering your paying for postage to receive on the 6th working day is not great. Environmental charge, you only delivered the tyre not dispose of old one.

Svar från 4x4 Tyres.co.uk
Hi Dean,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re pleased you were happy with the price, but we’re sorry the delivery timescale was disappointing. We can see your order was delivered on the date selected at checkout — we offer different delivery options depending on stock availability, and when items are limited, slightly longer lead times can apply. We always aim to make this clear before purchase so customers can choose what suits them best.
Regarding the environmental charge, this contributes towards the responsible handling and recycling of tyres within the supply chain, even when disposal isn’t carried out directly by us.
We do appreciate your comments and will take them on board to improve the clarity of our communication moving forward.
Kind Regards,
Georgia
