Great service! Received my device as expected. Would recommend.

I ordered a TTS 55 pro laser engraver at 4evatech in November 2025.
The service was great, from 4evatech side but from there on I had to wait until last week the 13th before I received my machine.

They assist you we'll through out the whole process. You do wait a bit for you products but it will eventually get to you. They do keep you up to date and products are well packed. Products are well priced and good quality.

I ordered a replacement part for my Ps4 slim, tracking was seamless and easy, it took some time to arrive and it turns out it was genuine straight from its original factory.I'm really happy the product so far and it works perfectly fine. Excellent Service. Had tracking from start to finish. Delivery arrived when promised. The product ordered is 100%. Still works great.
Just remember, the order is coming from China. So be patient. Import costs in included in your initial payment. No hidden import fees at a later date. Will buy from 4evatech.com again.

I bought my Ortur laser from 4Evatech, with a rotary and honeycomb. The first 2 deliveries went smoothly, but with the last delivery I was caught of guard with the custom regulations. The courier company held me responsible for the import, but 4Evatech was supportive and assisted me through the whole process. I will not hesitate to buy from them in future. Thanks 4Evatech team for making it possible for me to earn an extra income. Awesome service!

I had problems paying for my order through PayFast. Eventually this was sorted, though not the fault of 4Evatech. Then the supplier didn't have stock of the product I ordered. Ric contacted me within a day of ordering to inform me, but offered a higher spec model at the same price, instead. I took that offer and the product was delivered well within expectations. I then ordered LightBurn software and received a confirmation email but no unlock code. After a few days, I contacted them via WhatsApp. The code was received within minutes, with a full explanation of why it was not issued immediately. This was not a problem as the trial period for the software is 30 days, so it was well within the window. Great service. Immediate response to queries, and quality products. Thank you, 4Evatech

As other reviewers have said, I was sceptical if the were legit or not. I ordered a laser engraver and certainly didnt want to lose the money. The product arrived within 2 week, was properly packaged and was exactly as advertised. To the people giving a 1 star review because they had to wait two weeks while it was imported... go order from the guys who charge you double what 4evatech do for the same product! Customer service was always helpful I highly recommend them. Definitely a return customer for anything I need from them in future.
