I want to warn people who are considering interacting with this platform. It is a mirror of the original website, 3ddd.ru.

1) Any conflicts or disputes with this platform will not be resolved in your favor. If you are right, it doesn't matter.
2) All positive reviews are left exclusively by people from the CIS region.
3) The administration demonstrates radical behavior regarding any issue. Even if you accidentally post a link to an informational resource, such as Instagram, Telegram, or Facebook, you will be banned.
4) On this platform, you are neither a customer nor an employee — you are simply a resource, and you will be treated accordingly.
5) All the positive aspects they present are merely a facade designed to lure you in and get you hooked.

All the models come with a royalty-free license, so u can use them for architectural visualizations and for client projects too, the PRO models are generally really good quality.

my only real gripe is theres barely any reviews on the models so you're kind of just guessing before you buy. like some models have 0 ratings which makes it hard to know if its worth it. had a couple dissapointing downloads because of that. but honestly most of the stuff i've bought was fine, good quality and works well in corona/vray. the $7 fixed price makes it less risky at least so not a huge deal, just wish there was more community feedback on the models

Subscription are very expensive compare to competitors (those rose the price by more than 2 from last year). Website is very slow and there is a lot of duplicate models. Not worse the investment.

Bought a subscription for a month. A large amount of the downloads had corrupt files in them that my computer couldn't extract. Asked support to receive replacement downloads and received a response that basically took no responsibility for the problem or offered any reasonable solution. Now I see that there are a lot of similar complaints about this problem with downloading assets. When asking to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the rest of the month, I was blocked from the site altoghether. Now waiting for the refund documentation. Medium quality products and terrible service. Stay Away!!!

Just to update after website's response, after receiving my refund, my IP address was blocked so I couldn't even use their free services, so all in all I feel like my first impression was pretty accurate.

I've been using 3dsky for a few years now and I think they offer a great service.
A valuable source of affordable models which I turn to all the time.

Buyed some models that are uncomplete or in obsolete format. Customer service just doesn't anwser any messages.

I have tried to download a model I previously bought multiple times and I constantly get the same error message Failed - No file. I have also contacted costumers support, but there is no reply.

Unstandard and unfair sites

If the managers don't like it, they block everything.

No reason to block

If it's too high quality, they'll upload it for a fee
If you don't like users who don't like it, you can definitely go up for a fee

After payment they send me BS mail that they want my passport and foto. Looks like a big scam to me.

purchased, still can't download. this is what they wrote me back:
"Hello!The site struggles unscrupulous buyers and outright scammers. Your payment has been identified as suspicious. Please help us correct this misunderstanding. Send a photo of your passport or driver's license to XXX with your first name, last name, and country. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information. Thanks for understanding!

SCAM WEBSITE.

Paid. Confirmation email. No assets, no downloads available. Double checked login and email are correct. Literally theft.

bought a poor quality model with incorrect model description. Emailed customer service and explained the situation. They got back to me with a tiny tiny render of the model saying the model is just fine. Well, clearly it is not when rendered at 7000px. Very poor customer service. I have bought many other models previously as well and there is quite a large portion of them that do not look as the preview render in the model description. Very dissatisfied. I always thought I am saving money buying form them as models are quite cheap, but really start to realise I just waste my time and in the end spend even more money buying something that does not meet any quality standards.
