unfortunately another one of those platforms that cannot keep up with its growth in terms of quality. Now, for the second time in 2 years, contracts have been unilaterally terminated, sometimes overnight, which is absolutely unacceptable business conduct. I can only advise every vendor to be represented on more than one platform in order to reduce dependence on such providers.
For such unreliability, they then pocket 45% of your revenue.

i paid 15 dollars for a iron man mark 46 file and my card got cut off and i paid the 15 dollars and i didnt get anything

Great selection to choose from, but EXTREMELY POOR CHECKOUT. I'm still waiting for my download links to be approved 2 hours later, with completed Paypal payment (Paypal shows completed), receipt from Renderhub in hand, but I still cannot download my purchases because it is under review? And contact customer service does absolutely nothing. Had I purchased these as individual single packs, they would probably all be available immediately, but do a bulk purchase? NO, you're going to wait forever to be able to access your stuff because it will be under review. Absolutely PISS POOR review process over a $100 purchase, that again I will remind you Paypal has already marked at complete. Note to Renderhub, if you are that concerned about fraud, do it for large orders. A $100 bill is chump change and frankly is a major turn off to do future business on your platform if it is going to cost me hours of productivity waiting on you.

Just recently joined the community. as an artist sharing my artwork and selling my assets. so far it has been great.

RenderHub is the only site I would use. Every site has its problems but RenderHub is for the artists and much better than what’s out there at this time.

The site sell models as is - so if you download a product and turnout to be questionable quality "I'm putting this nicely" - you are stuck with paying for it

I use Renderhub all the time for about the last 3 years. It's a great alternative to DazStudio, and has some great 3D products, and the vendors are very easy to get in contact with. The site is very easy to use and offers a wide selection of 3D products. Easy to buy, and keep your online catalog of all your past purchases. You can also post your images and create your own Album in the Renderhub Gallery. Customer support is very easy to contact and message on site. They also have outstanding contests and giveaways. If you are getting started in the 3D world, it's a great place to start and download free product. Highly Recommend

After having a misunderstanding with them as a 3d model seller I managed to communicate with Mr Ion Hatzithomas and the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours , it's a trustworthy site especially for sellers .

Good company so far, the support team is very responsive.
