De dienst lijkt op het eerste oog goed, maar ik heb er vanaf gezien. Slecht bereikbaar, geen volledige toegang om alles te proberen voordat je enkele honderden zo niet duizenden euro's per jaar mag overmaken en uberhaubt geen vlotte klantgerichte aanpak. Geeft geen vertrouwen.

3Dsellers solved my problem of juggling too many tools and paying more money for services that didn’t offer everything I needed. It combined all the features I relied on into one place. It also made managing my listings and communication easier, which reduced stress and saved time. The transition from my old software was a major concern, but 3Dsellers handled it so well that it removed the fear of switching and helped my business run better.

I have been using 3Dsellers for several years and until now I have generally found the platform useful and the support team responsive when occasional bugs appeared. That’s why my recent experience left me feeling very unsettled.

I contacted support with screenshots showing incorrect stock quantities and mismatches between my 3Dsellers account and eBay listings. Instead of receiving constructive guidance straight away, I was told my concerns were “foolishness.” As a paying customer, I found this wording unprofessional and discouraging. I run a business and only reach out to support when I genuinely need help, so being spoken to in this way was shocking.

Eventually, after a long and discouraging exchange, the conversation concluded with a remark that I ‘seem to have a cache issue’, though no guidance was provided on what that involved or how to fix it. The aggressive manner in which the support was delivered made me feel depressed and hesitant about contacting them again in the future. I don’t believe customers should feel anxious about asking for assistance, especially when they rely on the platform to run their business.

Up to now, I have appreciated 3Dsellers and the way it works, despite occasional bugs. But this experience has shaken my confidence. I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customer concerns are addressed with professionalism and respect.

3Dsellers has been amazing and it keeps getting helpful new updates. The tool has everything I need to manage my eBay and online stores in one place, from inventory to customer info and marketing. This tool has made my business easier to run and helped increase my sales. I highly recommend it.

Ridiculous pricing, a simple a couple of lines database service starting at 25€ a MONTH , the price of DAZN Amazon and a house insurance combined. Hilarious 😂 Rip off , not recommended

Your service is a total disgrace. I just started using it and tried to list a simple motorcycle part — a motorcycle air cleaner cover. Your system can’t even pick the correct category, and when I type just one word “motorcycle” it finds nothing. This is pathetic, and you dare to charge high fees for it? Unbelievable.

Absolutely bad experience.
We urgently need a solution to migrate a huge Business Ebay Shop. Sent them an email to support our case and help us with their solution. Received a "standard email" not specifically addressing my case. After getting back to Karolina, who sent me this standard email, i've never herad back from them. Been sending 3 Emails since then, because it's urgent. They don't seem to want to have new customers. If the support is the same, after you've bought their product, my answer is "No thank you!" On to the next.

I honestly cannot say enough about 3D Sellers Software. I find the software to be very user friendly, and I have come a long way since I started selling Playing Cards, Magic, Magic Books, DVD's and much more on eBay. I have been selling products now for almost 2 years and my store has come a long way since I started, and I have to hand it to 3D Sellers.

This software has NEVER crashed, nor have I ever lost data, Inventory, Customer info etc. I honestly can say that 3D Sellers is the first program I have seen in my 59 years on the planet that has had not one problem. Honest to God. I know it sounds impossible but it is the truth. I cannot afford to lose my data or listing information. Though 3D Sellers has a feature to back up your data, if I lost it or some how the main file became corrupt it could possibly put me out of business. Certainly it would be a massive set back.

They also constantly update the software. It's like finding $20 Bucks on the street as you are working in the software, suddenly you notice new buttons, Different updates and suddenly you look down and there is a new feature just looking at you like the $10 or $20 bill you may find on the street. It really is very exciting when it happens, and all the feature and updates are incredible.

If you are looking for something to track your Business, be it customer information, Inventory, Marketing Campaigns or reports etc. This dependable software is highly recommended by my business to yours. My Company is Dan's House of Cards & Magic on eBay. I do not do Reviews, the only way I ever do a review is if I am very impressed by the company I am dealing /trusting to run my business. 3D Sellers fits that card. You won't be disappointed.
