Great concept and excellent product
Ordered it on Monday Dec. 15, 2025 and it arrived at my doorstep on Thursday Dec. 18th.
The heart shaped crystal with the base looks simply amazing !!! The picture lights up in different colours making it look even better. The bonus keychain I received with the same picture is just icing on the cake. Great customer service and a great product 👍

My wife is extremely sentimental and she still misses her parents more than twenty years after their deaths. I had an idea to give her a special reminder of them for Christmas. Then I found 3DCrystal.com and I was excited by their amazing personalised heart shaped crystal. I found two separate photographs; one of my wife's mam and another of her dad. They are old, black and white, and have creases and tears. However, a lovely lady from 3DCrystal called Kat reassured me that she could use her skills to produce an amazing 3D personalised crystal for my wife. It arrived in beautiful packaging and when I opened it I was gobsmacked by the beauty of the crystal and the clarity of the 3D images. This is the most beautiful gift I can give my wife. Good service, excellent product, high recommendation
From ordering through to delivery the experience was where I felt valued, my questions answered, looked to several different options and backgrounds and agreed on a go forward design.
a view of the final product was set and I was able to see the 3D output and when the product was received was wonderful. Beautifully cut into the cube with good quality. Impressed.

Their product is good. I have no idea if it's priced well or not because I use it for sentimental gifts. Customer service is great. Make sure to utilize the special instructions section if you have unique requests because they are very helpful

My 3d crystal arrived today and I must say it was even better than I expected after seeing it in person. Johnsey who helped me along the way was extremely helpful with all the questions I asked and I couldn’t thank her enough was much appreciated.
