I never received the delta 10 pineapple Express cartridge that I purchased and they won't fix it or return my money.

I'm surprised to read some of the negativity on here, to be honest, which is partly why I felt compelled to weigh in. I ordered 4 packs of Delta 9 gummies from them earlier this month, and, in an understandable mistake, they sent 4 packs of Delta 8 gummies instead. I notified them of this error, and they immediately provided me with everything I needed to send the product back.
But this is where they went above and beyond.
See, I'd already broken into the D8 gummies, and I told 3chi's support team that I would have trouble getting to the shipping store. That's when they insisted that I KEEP the D8 gummies and they would send out the original D9 gummies as well for no additional cost. I can't promise this is their policy, by any means, but they made a damn good impression on me.
Oh, and the products are great, too!
Waste of time and money. I contacted them but got a tough luck response.
First, and last time, I will order from them. Customer service sucks!
Won't honor their sale price
Placed an order. 4 days later received a message that the system flagged my order (4 days later?) because it's $350 and I need to confirm my address and cc# before they will process it.
At this time they had a 20% off everything sale. So upon confirming my info, I said I assume I'll be getting the sale price now that it's being processed during a sale. No response.
It was not easy to reach them. They don't reply to email, they just call and leave you their phone number to call back. First attempt to call back, "we're sorry we can't take your call at this time." Got through to someone, got put on hold and transferred around.
Finally a manager picked up and said they see it was processed during the sale but they still won't honor the sale price. Nor will they cancel the order, which is still in their possession, they insist on shipping it and making me return it at my expense. Very cold "tough luck" response. And no doubt when the time comes they will simply refuse to accept the return as their website states they can.
Not customer friendly. Not timely. Not intelligent. They chose to keep $70 and lose thousands, which will now go to their competitors. My best friend is a new distributor of these products. His store opens Saturday. Guess where I'll be hanging out, suggesting people buy from 3chi's competitors instead.
Placed quite large order with them
Placed quite large order with them, on site it states that shipping is 1-5 days, 2 weeks passed by and my order is still in processing stage. I reach out to customer service they email me back saying that my order is not getting shipped for another 2 weeks. Hey 3chi if you know that’s you have supply chain issues then don’t take your customers money and don’t waste their time. Be honest and warn your customers that you can’t fulfill the orders instead of taking customers money and sitting on the order - WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
Their delta 8 distillate literally…
Their delta 8 distillate literally burns my skin. I contacted them about this and they claimed it's my problem. Can't imagine how bad the impurities are.

I have ordered from 3Chi numerous times. I Have even wrote positive reviews on their products, and I’ve been a regular for about a year now. Recently they changed the primary (and only) shipping to FedEx. FedEx has always been late on my orders for about a week and they always redirect me 3chi. I have emailed 3chi they give me the copy and paste response, and they just don’t care. I run in circles. Red flag. I spend hundreds of dollars on this site at once (per order) and expect my products give or take a week. I understand that there can be delays or environmental issues, but at some point if it happens so commonly is it really an external issue or is it just the company. But that’s alright..there are so many cool delta eight companies out there who ships quick, have just as AMAZING products, and great customer service. (like d8thcshop.com, and delta munchies, ALTrx.. I mean I could go on) 3chis customer service is iffy and their choice of shipping (FedEx) is trash. I think the money and the popularity is starting to trump the quality of this company. I just don’t care how great the product is, there are other contributing factors. If you don’t have the proper professional support or resources within your company to ensure that that product gets to your customers in a timely and professional manner, then what’s the point? I REFUSE TO SUPPORT and pay my hard earned cash just to enable ANY company to spend my money, not care about me and give crappy service. It’s important that we as consumers diversify the market and support other companies. Because if we just let one company rule or dominate all of one market they’ll become crap. After I get the couple of lost orders situated, I will not be buying from 3chi until they change their shipping and IMPROVE their customer service. I know a lot of people who partake in delta eight products, and 3chi specifically, and I will be definitely telling them about the honest experiences I had with 3chi. I will also be definitely referring them to other companies. Nobody deserves this, no one.

Absolutely amazing! Nothing else to be said. Always go with a well trusted company when buying any delta 8! And this is about as "trusted" as it gets!
