I haven't received my order, the Seller returned 50% of the paid money back.

I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure the substance I purchased did not match the COA listed on its web page. The COA showed a highly pure substance, but it didn't feel like a pure substance subjectively.

Dr Ganja SUCKS! Don’t order from here!! After nearly TWO WEEKS I still have not received my order and the package is just sitting somewhere because all they’ve done is print a label 10 days ago. Will NEVER order from here again.

Ridiculous asf,my order is just sitting in one spot,no movement....order placed 3/17.the USPS must got a vendetta with dr ganja because I don't have this problem with other similar companies

This company's entire problem is shipping. They either need to fire whoever is in charge of getting the orders shipped, or hire more people to meet demand. Their shipping is beyond ridiculous. In 2026 it should not take several weeks to get an order! Ordering from Dr. G makes me feel like it's the 80s again. "Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery!" Shameful.

Unfortunately I am another long time customer that is extremely disappointed. Their shipping times are actually a joke now. I paid for quicker shipping, it wasn’t fulfilled in that time-and when I reach out on messenger they just say sorry it’s been extended. This happens EVERY TIME NOW. I needed a shipment for a certain time, ordered in that window and they still can’t get it to me. I have had issues with them sending empty jars, which they did rectify..but they seemed accusatory which put me off. They won’t pick up their phone, and don’t respond to their emails. One time I was able to get through maybe a year ago, and the female owner was filled with excuses. Oh it’s getting shipped out today, we are short staffed..one thing after another. This last order was ordered 03/11. Processed 03/12. Shipping label created 03/12. USPS received the item on 03/19. So they just let it sit for that long. Now it’s supposed to be delivered 03/21, but of course..like any other shipment I’ve received from them. It’s delayed! I am going to weigh my items once received and update-as I have a feeling the weight doesn’t match…as this has happened to my father in law on multiple occasions from this company.

I was recommended this website by a more experienced friend, and if I felt I could trust a different supplier I'd switch in a heartbeat. As of right now, it's been eight days since I placed my order and it has yet to be picked up by USPS. I contacted support about this as the website states that they ship in 24-72 hours. Support responded by saying that my order had been shipped, despite the tracking information saying otherwise. I have enjoyed their products once they've arrived, but I wouldn't recommend DrG unless your sanity can afford the extreme wait time. Also, never ever purchase faster shipping.

Good product but Holy crap it takes them forever to ship. Like week or more, you get an email to track way before they ship. So annoying how slow it is. Currently been waiting a week to ship 1 item.

UPDATE: No further email response once I requested a refund. Package finally arrived on Jan. 22nd.

I would give zero stars but that's not an available option. I placed an order on January 5th and received my "order placed and confirmed" email. Here it is January 15th and my package is still sitting there..."shipping label has been created". This is ridiculous and for me totally unacceptable business practice. I'm requesting a full refund, we'll see how that goes. Customer service has responded to my emails but only apologies without any explanations.

Like everyone else says. Website claims 24-48 hour order processing time (they actually shortened this yesterday or today from 24-72 LOL). My order took 16 days before USPS even got it, then another 4 days in transit. Customer service answered once after multiple days with nothing to say but ‘if usps takes too long we’ll refund priority shipping costs’. Absolute clowns, save your money and order from one of the competent companies instead.

i ordered from them dec 31, 2025 and it’s been 9 days my package hasn’t moved 😒😒usps still waiting on my package like what bruh 9 freaking days!?????sent em a email and they talking bout it’s because of the holiday that’s why … i hate it next time imma just order from element vape or delta 8 woulda been got here

Ordered 12/28. The website says order was completed 12/28 but it has STILL not shipped ……. It will take 12-14 days to receive your order no matter when you order. When emailing the company, they say the delay “may” be related to Christmas. Nope, I order every month and it’s 12-14 days without fail.

Orderd 2 ounchs before xmas they turned up just after and lovley .

When i tryed to order 4 more . It wouldnt let me i go on to DRG but took them days to reply .
And they said following

(We currnley dont ship flower to the uk but we do Pr Rolls)

I think this is out of line .

What went wrong again and again? Their delivery is awful. They make excuses and blame the post office. I believed them in the beginning. Then I ran a test, I ordered from another distributor out their way. Dr. Ganja still has not arrived other one is already here in 5 days. I ordered it one week after ordering a product from Dr. Ganja. I ordered the product on December 14th. Here it is, December 27th, going on the 28th, and the product is not here. So now they have lost a good customer who had spent a lot with them. Guess they don't care about customer satisfaction since nothing was done. So goodbye ganja, I will be spreading the news not to order from you and will be giving my money to a company that actually cares. Plainjane better product and within 5 days, not two weeks. Poor customer service, so no customer here any longer

It has been nearly 3 weeks since I placed my order and UPS still haven’t received the package, I know it’s December but that is still horrible. Shipping has never been this bad, the package will still arrive and the content will be average at best, but i see nowhere else to shop from for their products as I am from the UK. However reviews saying it is a scam are false, they are just terrible at shipping.

I placed a $70 order with them. After three days I get an USPS email that the order has a shipping label created and the post office will give me a delivery date when they receive the package. It has now been 13 days and USPS still has not received the package. My CC was charged the same day I got the notice that the shipping label was created. I tried calling customer service multiple times and no one answers the phone.This business is a scam and I will never again buy anything from them again.

They are horrible with shipping. I placed an order on 11/30 and as od 12/9 my item has yet to be shipped.

Okay, we’ve order from here 10 plus times now. And we have always gotten our order correct. Yes shipping times are SUPER MISLEADING, but you’ll get your stuff, it’s never been more than 15 days for us and we are EC. Also I’ve always gotten an email back from customer service.
