We were looking for solar and had quotes from 5 separate companies. Two of the "surveyors" (read double glazing sales people!) that came around I asked to leave as clearly not knowledgeable on the product. Of the three we went with 365 as felt more comfortable dealing with the people actually installing the product. We also went with some new higher performing panels that they had not installed before, they went away and researched and all went to plan.

Also worth noting that we have a zinc roof, but they were extra careful. The only issue we had was with the scaffold company, but that has been sorted now.

To summerise - Communication was spot on, product knowledge superb, clean installation with everything cleared up and paperwork turned around quickly. Thanks Steve and Marcus.

I chose to progress with 365 Energy because of a very competitive price but mainly because Marcus and Steve came across really well and I had confidence that they would do a good job. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were very tidy and inefficient and the work was done to an impressive standard, and most importantly the system is performing very well!

I initially found the process of finding the right system and supplier confusing with a mixture of aggressive sales tactics and so many different specs of panels, inverter and battery to choose from.

I had had about 10 different quotes before I got in touch with 365 Energy. They came and completed a survey and their professionalism, integrity and knowledge came across very well. I was pretty sure I would go with the even before I got the quote back.

They are a relatively small company with low overheads and were able to offer a very competitive price. No high pressure sales tactics, just a clear quote provided through Open Solar.

I'm looking forward to working with Marcus and Steve again on any future projects we may have.

An appointment was arranged by comparecomp for solar panel companies to visit but no one turned up from either company.
Having spoken to 365energy I appreciate their concern. My appointment was made by compare companies which is owned by Leads 2 Trade Ltd ( the text confirming the appointment was from comparecomp and the number I contacted to complain ( 01614660113 ) had negative views. Have to agree that 365energy were not to blame.

We rarely write a review, but in the case of 365 Energy we feel they certainly deserve some words of praise.
After approaching some companies for solar quotes and advice, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of time that 365 Energy spent with us, explaining all things solar. Their detailed quote arrived promptly and we signed on the dotted line, feeling confident that we were making the correct decision.
From then until now, Marcus and Steve have kept us fully informed about all the necessary paperwork and answering any questions that we had.
A date for the installation was agreed and that’s the date on which it was undertaken.
We were very pleased at how the the team undertook the installation, especially the cable work, plus how they cleared away all packaging etc after completing their work.
Would we recommend 365 Energy, then the answer is yes we definitely would. They are a highly professional company and we thank them for their superb work.

Absolutely delighted with our solar panel system fitted by 365 Energy Ltd. Marcus gave us a no nonsense, extremely competitive quote.
The system was fitted quickly and efficiently. Marcus and Steve worked exceptionally hard and always seemed to have the customer at the front of their minds when planning and installing.
The system was commissioned within 2 and half days and looks stunning.
Loads of our neighbours have made comments as to how good it looks and I have even have a neighbour who lectures Electrical installation engineers and he has asked if he can take pictures of our installation as an example of how a great system should look!
Most importantly, the system works and is already saving us a significant amount on our electricity bills!!

Marcus dealt with all of the legal obligations of contacting National Grid and compliance certificates so it was a really easy process.

Brilliant service and experience. Quote was fast and competitive, Marcus, Steve and James were very professional whilst still clearly enjoying working together. We had a little blip when an ordered part didn't turn up on time however they came back on Good Friday to finish the installation. They even helped clear a gutter whilst putting the panels up.
Cannot fault- we are very happy.

I would recommend 365 Energy to anyone they were very knowledgably and helpful when deciding what size would be best for the size of my roof. They gave me several quotes on different solar makers with there opinion on each one. There was no pressure sales techniques involved unlike some companies I had had quotes from. They kept me updated all the time. It took them 3 days to fit, where clean and tidy. Very happy with the work carried out.

We can’t recommend the team at 365 Energy highly enough. They did a superb job of our installation and worked with us, at our request, to increase the original brief so that we could generate as much electricity from our Solar Panels as possible. They also took the greatest of care working and installing on our rather old roof and any replacement tiles required were done so with the greatest empathy for the overall appearance. They continue to take an active interest in how the installation is performing and, if we have any questions, nothing is too much trouble.

Really good company who worked to give us the best result for the best price. Careful workers and handled a tricky site very well.
