360 Play would recommend but need improvement for the services.
360 Play has always stood out for its fantastic locations and environments. The facilities are well-designed, clean, and spacious, and one of the best things is that it never feels overcrowded, something that makes visits far more relaxed compared to other play centres. We’ve been coming here regularly for the last three years, and initially, it was easily one of our favourite places to take the kids.
However, over this time, I’ve noticed prices skyrocketing year after year. While price increases are understandable, what makes this really frustrating is that the quality of service has gone in the completely opposite direction, it has become noticeably slower and less efficient. A perfect example is the electric car track. In the past, the cars ran perfectly, and the flow was great. Now, it feels like even the staff are taking far too long to manage the area. Kids wait excitedly to drive, but the cars might run for only 20 minutes, followed by incredibly long breaks where nothing happens. To charge these kinds of prices while leaving children waiting around for long periods is honestly appalling. It simply isn’t worth the money anymore when you compare what you pay to what you actually get.
I still love the venue itself and want it to succeed, but it is very disappointing to see prices rise while standards slip. I would really love to see management focus on improving service speed and reliability, especially with attractions like the cars to match what customers are now being asked to pay.
