I had frosts out in the summer for bed…
I had frosts out in the summer for bed bugs. The guys were polite and professional. They promised a second visit which I had to chase for. The work was supposed to be guaranteed. We got more bugs just after the treatment. I mentioned this in a review which I was instructed to take down by Frosts and that they would get someone out by the Friday. Friday came and went, again nothing. We have now stripped the house of beds carpets and the treatment obviously didn't work!

The way I was treated when I contacted the company. Polite, courteous and extremely helpful. I had a rat problem in my home. I found Daniel who helped me intially helpful and very kind. I then had Jay and two other trainees come to my home, they were really nice and very helpful. I was telephoned prior to arrival. Jay completed a full inspection of my house. What a truly nice man and put me at ease straight away. Jay put poison down and went through everything. Nothing was to much trouble.
I am hoping I will not have rats in the future. However, if this was the case this is the company I would choose.
Thank you Jay, Daniel, and the other 2 trainees who came to my house.

These guys were brilliant from start to…
These guys were brilliant from start to finish - my dog had somehow brought in fleas even though he’s covered by the tablets via the vet’s. Within 24 hours I didn’t have one itch and I’m highly sensitive too. Antony who came out to our home was so polite and brilliant. Cameron was lovely and all in all I’d happily use them again over another company.

When I called I spoke to a lovely lady called Sophie, Sophie was so helpful and kind and put me at ease. They came to my home the same day.
Adam was a very nice young man and explained everything, before doing the treatment. Thank you Frosts, you have great people working for you.

258 saved the day - I had a really bad Ant problem in our WC and they swarmed the whole ground floor - 2 visits and problem solved.
