Excellent service. Would strongly recommend. Had most of the house re-carpeted . Kathy in Harpenden store very helpful, friendly and patient. The fitters Aaron and Dean were quick, hard-working and did a very good job.

These guys are brilliant, not only more competitive on price but also the most “hand holding” throughout sales advice and install,

1 to 1 were the quickest to quote, unbelievably 1 of the 3 companies we spoke to didn’t call back at all to discuss our needs and the other took 20 days to follow up on our initial instore visit.

Gave us great advice on how to tie in carpets with decor and soft furnishings.

A1 service, would def use again and recommend to family and friends.

Particularly John who gave great advice on the carpet, he also measured up and quoted within 24 hours of our enquiry, as we were working on a tight timeframe and finally Mark, who fitted the carpet, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. We would highly recommend 1to1 Flooring and would use them for any future flooring requirements.

These guys were superb from start to finish. John and matt in store were fantastic and beat everyone of their competitors on price and were exceptionally accommodating throughout. Jo and Lewis who installed were incredibly hard working and did an excellent job. The house looks fantastic and each one of the team made it easy from start to finish. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

Excellent Carpet fitter - and the carpet looks great.

Sales people in store were helpful and gave good advice, however booking dates was difficult and service over the phone between making the order and having the flooring fitted was frustrating at times. Fitting team were excellent and their work was of top quality.

Could not fault the service offered, the Amtico floor looks lovely we're very pleased with it. Both Richard and Callum, the fitters, did a superb job, a very professional team.

amazing professional service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, Mark in the st. Albans showroom went above and beyond, and Scott the fitter was amazing and excelled in his trade, I will definitely use this company again and recommend highly.
