Avoid like plague
Avoid like plague, experts at mis-selling, they never keep their part of the deal, demand retrospective payments for what they included, delay of issuing paperwork, avoiding my phone calls and emails for days, so on so on... Cancellation fee 10% of the premium, Lesson learned.

I was given insurance and an advance…
I was given insurance and an advance was taken. Without reason they cancelled and deducted a £25.00 cancellation fee. After trying to contact them through multiple ways, they did not reply or give any suitable explanation or compensation.

Absolutely very bad customer service…
Absolutely very bad customer service services no option to contact them when you need help I wish never renewed my cover with this useless broker. I have received missing documents I missed 2 days of work from Uber because I didn’t received my certificate. Please try avoiding this broker
