The business card editor is bad and the 'support' agent is argumentative and unhelpful.

There isn't a clear way to get rid of additional uploaded logos and there is no information on the best size to use for the logo upload. The editor keeps adding logo upon logo without it being clear you now have several on the card design.

I reached out to support because I saw a white line underneath my logo (which has a black border and the business card is black), but she remained adamant, even after I proved she was wrong, that it's my logo that has the line.

Then I wanted to delete my account, which she also couldn't do. I can't do that anywhere on the website either, so I had to email them.

Bad all around. I will take my custom elsewhere.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience using 123Print UK. Their business cards were great quality at fantastic prices, and delivery was super fast. While the site navigation was tricky at times, the invitation templates and personalization options are excellent, and the staff were helpful. Overall, worth considering for printing needs.

I have had my personalised Xmas cards from this company for about 6 years. Consistently excellent service and quality. Totally recommend.

Absolutely impossible site to navigate, spent ages designing business cards, took ages to select correct options, logo was impossible to add once changed colour........gave up 😕

I spent a while creating a new business card. When I tried to save it, I had to create an account using my email address, name & password. Every time I tried, it kept on saying "Please do not use an invalid character"
I tried a further 4 times but still got the same message. My password simply consisted of 1 uppercase letter, 7 lowercase & 1 number. I use it all the time so no problem there?!
They had a live chat so I used that.
They said "Don't copy & paste" I wasn't?!!
They then asked me to send a screenshot so I did. I was then left waiting for a reply for nearly 3 minutes.
I typed in "Hello?" and received a reply saying "One moment" That one moment turned into nearly 5 minutes. I typed in "I'm still here..... Waiting?!
Which received no reply.
I gave up after 7 minutes. If this is how potential customers are treated, it instils no confidence whatsoever. I'll just take my business elsewhere. There are so many online companies providing this service, I don't have to put up with incompetence from the very start!

Leaving a customer waiting for nearly 7 minutes is totally unacceptable.
The problem with trying to register an account is obviously a glitch in your system that needs fixing. I have the screenshot I was asked to send over chat showing my email address etc and the message highlighted in red saying "Please do not use an invalid character"
I use this password on hundreds of accounts so there were no invalid characters unless an uppercase letter, lowercase letters and one number are considered invalid characters on your website?!
I would advise your customer chat team to not leave potential customers waiting, even after typing in "Hello?" after 3 minutes of silence with no response and me having to then type in "I'm still here.... Waiting?" 5 minutes later and yet again, receiving no response!
I have screenshots of the chat showing this so please do not make excuses.

I used 123print some years ago and I was very happy with the service and the business cards quality. I am now trying to complete designing a card for a new business I'm doing. I can't complete the order and pay. I have been unable to do this having spent some time designing it. I have sent numerous messages on the chat but I've had no response. I've tried emailing them but no reply. I've called several times but can't get through. What is happening? Have they shut the business down?

We had designed some cards for a sample product we would be trialing with customers. We needed 10 different designs of 100 cards each for the initial run with a view to tweak these after feedback and then order for our full product launch.

Sadly, after hours of work (which is money now lost to us) in getting the cards right on the website, when we came back to order them the website was not working for us. Whenever we click edit design it takes us to the home page, if we click live chat it takes us to the home page etc. About 10 days ago now we called and spoke to customer service, two ladies that were both lovely, though all they could do was refer it to their website team which they did. Have called back a couple times more with the same problem.

We still have the exact same problem on our account, have tried on various computers and phones and always the same issue. Because of deadlines we are having to write off the now wasted hours of work and start again elsewhere.

Would recommend others to use another site for their card needs if they plan to have saved designs and come back for future use as it seems you won't be able to get to them.

My first order has arrived today & I am over the moon, the quality is excellent, colours are bold, and postage was fast! I will definitely be buying from 123print again and again

I have to say speak as you find ! I ordered business cards and compliment slips yesterday morning and the order came TODAY I was surprised as I hadn't asked or paid for next day postage the website said delivery in 7 days so wasn't expecting goods until next week.
Maybe if I had read reviews first I probably wouldn't have ordered as there as quite a few Dodgy reviews but again I have to say my experience was 5 star

Have they gone out of business? ordered a week ago, nothing has come through despite their mission statement. The phone number is dead and emails are not being delivered ('mailer-daemon' error message).
Chat not working. Website should be closed.

EDIT: Edited review: I have received the business cards as stated in the response below. However, the website has been totally changed and the telephone number shown is no longer the one that was on the site when I originally was trying to chase my order. (I have a complete record of all calls made/attempted. If I remember correctly, it used to be an 0808 number). The chat also appears to be working as well. The website still contradicts itself by saying first of all:

How quickly can you deliver personalised business cards?

We strive to manufacture and despatch every order by the next business day. Provided that you place your order by 5pm the day before, it should get to you by the following day. Failing that, your cards will be with you within 48 hours of the time that you place your order!

It then goes on to say:

Our basic shipping method is seven-days guaranteed. That’s one business day processing, plus two to six days for delivery. If you’d like to track your order online, you can do so from the My Orders section of your account.

Of course, if they had provided the tracking number in the first place (I received the tracking number for the parcel on the day it arrived), I would not have been chasing.

Yes, there seems to be an improvement - as I type it shows that one person is available for a chat, however, this does not take away from the fact that the website as it stood when I ordered had a mission statement to deliver within 2 working days, no mention of a 7-day delivery window, a defunct phone number and a non-working chat function. I was not the only one as can be seen from other reviews.

I must add that the cards when they got here, were of a good quality.

I bought some custom return address labels. The process is great, you can design them to your specification, massive choice of fonts, colours, upload your own images etc. The price is right, much better value than others I've seen. I got a nice confirmatory email showing images of what I'd ordered. The labels arrived by delivery quickly, and they're perfect, printing clear, images colourful. So -- why am I not awarding 5 stars? Because, a few minutes after I placed the order I realised I wanted to make a slight change, and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. Phone number as listed on the confirming email clicks off dead as soon as you dial, emails returned as 'blocked'. However, having said that, I'll use them again, I'll just give myself a couple of days for second thoughts before finalising the order. If you create an account, you can 'save' your designs once you've completed them, and come back to them, so I'll do that next time. But hey, here's an idea 123Print - why not get an email address and phone number that work????

Really? My address labels have been listed as ‘processing’ since the 3rd of December 9 days ago. It says a maximum of 7 business days so that would be this Monday. Since they have not been posted yet I can’t see that happening. I can’t comment on the quality as this is my first time ordering and most likely, last.

Ordered christmas cards they arrived fairly promptly but are missing some text, have spent ten days trying to contact 123 to no avail will never use them again and there are plenty of more reliable alternatives, steer clear.

I recently placed an order for business cards with 123print (06 July 2020) and they initially arrived incorrectly. Their site autocorrected or changed the apostrophe to a question mark. They promptly sent them out correctly and let me know the expected time scales for this and were very responsive

I placed my order 10 days ago. While the website still promises quick turnaround on shipments - I have yet to receive any confirmation of a shipment or expected delivery date. i spent 30 min. on hold yesterday for help via the phone - no answer. Their "live chat" function on the website is "offline". If you are thinking about placing an order - be aware - i am not sure anyone is working at 123Print right now and the website has no notices about delays to shipment/services.

Had my business cards delivered within 24 hours of delivery, great! Until you looked at them. The colours were faded, you couldn’t make out any of the words it was so blurry. I could have done a better job on paint. To make matters worse I tried calling as it said they were open till 5pm. I waited one hour whilst it said I was in a queue of people before I gave up. They have said in previous reviews that you have 10 days to send back to get refunded but I can’t even get through so hopefully they will see this and help me.

Just received cards, very poor quality, don't match colours I used on web site. Phoned up to complain, they wanted me to send them back at my cost, offered to send one back so they could see what I was talking about, they said I had to send the lot back no other way of sorting the problem out. Very unhelpful over the phone just keep saying everything was company policy and was not interested.
If there was a option to give no stars, that's what I would have selected.

Awful quality business cards. Very faint colours and black was a murky grey.
