123floor Omdömen

Very helpful, professional and friendly. From first enquiry to work being complete was super quick and completed to the hi standard. Really happy and would certainly recommend or use again in the future.

I highly recommend this carpet store for anyone looking for top-notch products and speedy delivery. I'm so impressed with the quality of my new carpets.

Great product and support from first enquiry. Quality product and great fitters who know how to get a good final finish.

A thoroughly consumer centric, professional, and timely experience from start to finish. Will certainly use in the future for our flooring requirements!

Very quick and prompt service.Would definitely recommend.

Excellent local company. Everything happened as agreed, carpet fitter was very good, (and a very nice man), neat, tidy & skilled.Very pleased and happy to recommend.

Please use this company, excellent all round and good value for money.
My new build needed new carpets throughout the house as well as a carpet wrapped around my bespoke new beautiful open metal staircase. 123 Floor were outstanding from the moment we walked into their showroom through to completion. Attention to detail was excellent and the finished look outstanding.

Having purchased carpets from the team a number of years ago, I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to match replacements following some property damage.

With the existing range no longer being available, Charlie and Mel sourced the closest possible match, and having ordered on Monday last week they supplied and fitted on the Wednesday - fantastic !

Unfortunetely the floor had to get lifted again due to a plumbing issue, but Mel sorted out the fitter to come back the next day to resolve.

All in, you simply can ask for better customer service.

Thank you for everything.

We had our Amtico flooring installed by Tony and Curly. They did an outstanding job. Thank you!

We have used 123floor for our bedroom, landing and stairs and their service has been incredible from start to finish. There staff are so professional, give great advice throughout the process. They are excellent at communicating and the end result is brilliant!
Highly recommend and can't wait to get in touch with them for the rest of our house

The estimate for fitting Amtico for our Kitchen floor seemed competitive with others that we had received. 123 and 456 demand whole payment before any work commences. We paid the whole amount on acceptance of the estimate conducted by Rob when he came to measure and view the floor. However, during the first hour of the preparation the subfloor was found to be inadequate (see page 2 of your estimate) We were offered a refund before proceeding, but by then 3 ceramic tiles had been pulled up and were cracked. We had also cleared the kitchen. We decided to proceed and the price we paid was increased by half the amount of the original estimate (another £1 100 ) to do the necessary work on the inadequate sub floor. Half this amount had to be paid up front again, even though we had already paid £2000 to 123 for fitting and £300 to 456 for trims of 8 plinths and 5 doors to be completed after the fitting had taken place.
There was no one person to contact when issues arose. We had a disjointed and stressful customer experience. There was a £70 refund on the £300 paid to 456, even though there was only one 2m plinth that needed adjusting as the floor height did not now require the adjustment. We were told we were paying for the 'time'.

Fantastic service from the start. Knowledgeable, personable, great communication throughout.

I first contacted 123 Floor because they were my nearest Roger Oates retailer and from the first phone call I had with them, I was so impressed by their high level of product knowledge and expertise and the great advice they gave me. Each member of the team was incredibly professional and helpful and worked to my budget rather than upselling me.
I am completely delighted with my new carpets and stair runner and would recommend 123Floor unreservedly. Their level of customer service and attention to detail is formidable!

Excellent support throughout process dvd very accommodating as our builders overran and screed levels needing adjusting. Looks beautiful now it’s all down. Thank you

Great service from start to finish.
Charlie in the shop has been lovely in showing us all the options and went the extra mile for us when we ask for a carpet brand they usually do not stock.
Bethany was great with customer service and the fitting team was a pleasure to have around and did an amazing job.
Very, very please with both our new carpets and the service we received

Have used the company on three occasions. They've always been easy to work with and reliable. On the last occasion they went above and beyond (full credit to Mel!) to juggle commitments and ensure a fitting date pre-Christmas. A last minute hitch was dealt with efficiently and a helpful fitter meant the carpet was fitted without issue. Thank you!

We had problems with a leak under our floor. 123floor we’re extremely helpful when we had to delay installation and fitted us in when we were ready for the wood floor to be fitted.
Very friendly service. Everyone we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful.
Competitive pricing as well.

Amazing service. Rob was very knowledgeable and really helped us. Paul who fitted the flooring done a excellent job and would highly recommend. He was a great guy too. We love our new floor and won’t hesitate to use 123 flooring again

Helpful and reliable, did what they said they’d do. Helped us to resolve hidden issue with our subfloor that wasn’t part of remit of original job.

Helpful assistance with selecting flooring . Installation booked in promptly & installation to a very high standard. Thank you .
