123floor Omdömen

We’ve used 123floor on multiple occasions over the last 7 years and I can’t recommend them enough! We’ve had both carpets and wood floor installed and on all occasions the process has been very straight forward.
The team at 123floor are very experienced, understanding, kind and do their absolute best to help in any ways. The fitters are very quick, efficient and respectful. Might be slightly more expensive than big chains but you do get what you pay for and in this case it’s a no brainer, you’ll get the best service you can possibly think off. They take the time to understand your needs, clearly explain the differences / benefits of products, help you through the process and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to all of you, I have recommended you and will carry on doing so 😊

We found 123floor to be professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process from choosing our oak flooring through to fitting it.

Chris, our fitter, was great, obviously very experienced and filled us with confidence.

We would not hesitate to recommend 123floor.

Fitters very friendly, turned up on time maybe even a little early, cleaned up after and did a really tidy job, very impressed overall. Very professional service. We will use this service again.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in the shop. Wide range of samples. Once we had decided ordering process was very smooth and from date of order to carpet being laid was very quick. This is the fifth floor we have had laid by this company and cannot recommend them highly enough. During installation, the fitters were clean, tidy and respectful of our property. Worth more stars if we could give them

Excellent piece of advice on a flooring solution. Followed some equally expert fitting skills. Would obviously recommend.

From the start 123floor were very professional. We have just had done the whole of the downstairs plus the stairs and upstairs landing re-carpeted. The quotation we received was so detailed we knew exactly what we were paying for. They covered everything. They even arranged for a carpenter to shave a few of our doors so that they moved freely over the new carpet. The fitters were so careful with furniture, walls and skirting’s etc. so as not to damage or mark anything. All this together with a very reasonable price makes it very easy for me to recommend them.

We are absolutely delighted with our new carpets and shall certainly be using them again.

From choosing carpets instore to measuring up to the fitting of the carpets (including arranging and rearranging installation date) 123Floor were nothing but helpful, friendly, polite and efficient. We have used this company for our carpets for over 15 years and they continue to provide excellent quality flooring and service. Excellent

From beginning to end, the process was seamless. From the initial visit to getting the estimate was extremely quick. The flooring was delivered on time and with great care and Chris, the installer, was such a lovely man and was a delight to have in the house! His craftmanship is excellent. We would definitely recommend 123floor and will certainly use again for our next requirements.

They had what we wanted / good range of quality unusual carpets, they were helpful, email communication very good, our stairs look great, thanks 123Floor

123 flooring have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of having our new flooring installed. From initial first contact with Mel and Beth in the office, who were very professional and knowledgeable about the products, and maintained contact with me throughout, providing excellent customer service and a positive and caring manner to represent the company. Also Charlie and Rob, who provided our business with a wide range of quality samples to choose from, and expertise in the flooring business and 'can do attitude' for our particular requirements. I felt reassured and had no concerns that the job would not be completed on time. The fitters, Paul & Paul and plumber Gary were extremely hard working and have done a fantastic job, myself and the staff are all extremely happy with the finished look. I will certainly recommend 123 flooring to family/friends. Thank you once again guys, you have been amazing!!

Great communication from the team at 123floor from the moment we walked into the showroom to the final day of fitting today. The selection of carpets to choose from in the showroom was huge and we came away with loads of new ideas and styles that we hadn’t even thought of. The lead time was really quick from the moment we ordered to availability of fitting dates but the icing on the cake was the professionalism, expertise and sheer hard work of the carpet fitters on the final day! They were here early and worked solidly until they were finished, and were clearly perfectionists! So pleased all round- fantastic service from the whole team at 123floor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have no words to explain how easy working with this company was! Lots of friendly workers, very good advice, fantastic fitters, good price! I am absolutely delighted with my new flooring and the new carpet for the stairs! 100% recommend them!

This is the second time ive have used 123 floor and I would thoroughly recommend. Rob, Mel and the floor fitter were all friendly and professional.

Exceptional service and quality of the work was above expectations. Having worked in the construction industry for all of my career I am very pleased with the finished product (Amtico vinyl flooring and coir matting).
Would highly recommend 123 flooring to anyone.

I am thoroughly impressed with the durability and easy maintenance of the carpet I purchased from this store. It withstands heavy foot traffic without showing signs of wear and tear. Additionally, cleaning and maintaining the carpet is a breeze, allowing me to keep it looking fresh and vibrant for years to come.

Great fitting and we love the carpet.
The communication from booking to fitting was excellent and the guys turned up when expected, were polite and professional and did a great job.
I would be very happy to recommend this local company.

We've had bedroom and stair carpets and stair runners so far from 123Floor. The carpets are great quality and they helped us choose the right ones, which was extremely helpful. Their guidance on matching colours and wear and price was invaluable. The fitters who came were friendly and professional. We're really happy with everything from 123Floor. They also came and patched up some pieces that we needed after we'd had some door frames enlarged - the patches are so good, you hardly notice where they are. I was so impressed with everything. Thanks!
