Excellent all round.
Excellent - There was an issue with the computer system and I didn’t get an order confirmation email however when I called to query this the person who answered was very helpful and took all my details and passed it on to the relevant department, I got a call back within minutes of my initial call with an explanation and confirmation of my order, order arrived next day and was very well packaged, lovely item , excellent all round.

Loved my purchase which is for Xmas present ...delivery was quick although the driver could find our address and delivered it to a post office which was 10miles away from where we actually live

I would just like to offer some explanation about the two points you raise:
As a business we conducted trials on various options of personalisation and after considering the feedback we standardised on Blind Debossing throughout our range as we believe it offers a subtle but personal addition to the product. I am sorry you find it too subtle but we do try and show a very fair representation of the marking on an image within the gallery on the product you selected. In this instance it matches the same process that manufacturer use for their logo on the roll too. I am not aware that we show any examples of Hot Foil lettering in silver or any other colour on the website.
The prices of all the products on our website are set by the manufacturers and we always sell at their suggested RRP. The product that you purchased is manufactured to a very high standard using genuine leather and suede and requires significantly more manufacturing time spent on it than a standard watch roll. I really am sorry that you don’t feel it is value for money especially if you have purchased it as a gift for someone.
Once again, we are sorry you are less than satisfied with your product and we would like the opportunity to discuss this with you.

1010 Boutique gave first class customer service, above and beyond my expectations, with great attention to detail and communication, they listened to my requirements to provide an excellent selection process. Super fast delivery in sumptuous packaging complete with after care products and a super free gift. Such a good buying experience in every way, I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a really high quality Wolf three-watch roll from 1010boutique which was significantly cheaper thqn I had found it anywhere else. The order was despatched really quickly and I was updated as to its progress every step of the way. It arrived well packaged and exactly as described - I will definitely use them again.

Great customer service
The website was extremely informative in helping me make my choice of watch winder. A few days after placing my order, I also received a telephone call to confirm my order as there had been an issue with their emails. Alistair couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Customer service has been amazing and I’ve been kept up to date with the order. I explained that I needed the winder by Saturday for my husband’s birthday, so Alistair took the parcel direct to the delivery company in order for me to get it on time!
